I stopped Coin box PCO of Bsnl before 6 months. I gave application to disconnect my BSNL connection, i gave an application to disconnect my connection, their no due amount on me of bills and i wrote in application to payback my deposit to me.
But still they are sending me bills and not returning back my deposit. the worst customer service across the nation. still they will not improve there CUSTOMER SERVICE, a day will come when their is no Customer to them.

    I am one of the customers of BROADBAND INTERNET CONNECTION HOMEPLAN provided by BSNL and have been using this since 2006 september. Unfortunately our modem(Dataone smartex MT882) has got damaged on march20th 2008 accordingly i contacted our nearest customer service of BSNL also commercial office ernakulam-cochin on 19th April 2008 we applied for a new modem and already paid Rs 1248/- in the commercial office ernakulam (refer bill/DN No: 23750/[protected] /KY0033352)
    MY TELEPHONE NUMBER : [protected] and Consumer No:1987089
    I regret to inform you that, no actions have been taken yet though i paid full amount in advance they neither replaced nor returned the money.For last one month my net connection is out of order and the loss due to that is too much.

    I would like to request your good selves to find an amicable solution for this
    i will be verymuch grateful to you and the valuable service provided by you to interact with public.

    BSNL INDIA BROADBAND INTERNET CONNECTION — DELAY IN MODEM REPLACEMENT

    I am one of the customers of BROADBAND INTERNET CONNECTION HOMEPLAN provided by BSNL nad have been using this since 2006 september.     Hi all,

    My name is Robin Varghese and I belong to Bangalore Urban Circle.Iam located in BEML Layout 6th Stage, Kundanahalli gate, Marathahalli, Bangalore.

    I have applied for a new BSNL Telephone connection with Broadband connectivity on April 3rd over Internet.Till date no one has contacted me regarding this new connection.I mailed all the people whom I got from BSNL Site, still no reply.

    Till date I have contacted the toll free no[protected] then 1500 and finally they asked me to contact the Marathahalli Commercial Office and given the nos 25289421/25289411 which unfortunately no one is picking up.

    Kindly help me if you can.
    BSNL has got one of the worst customer service.
    THIS IS REALLY BAD.. HEIGHTS OF TAKING ADVANTAGE FOR BEING A GOVERNMENT SERVANT..NO ONE TO ASK ABOUT THERE RESPONSIBLITIES .. THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE IS V BAD.. NOR DO THEY RESPOND TO CUSTOMER SERVICE CALLS ..IF NOT IN MOOD DONT RECEIEVE THE CALL, IF RECIEVED DONT SOLVE THE ISSUE..SOMETIMES HANG THE CALL..THIS 1957 CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER HERE IN MANGALORE IS GOOD FOR NOTHING AND THERE WAS THE OTHER NUMBER 151 OR SOMETHING THEY DONT COME UNDER MANGALORE JURISDICTION SO WE HAVE TO CALL UP TO EXCHANGE.. THERE EVERYONE ARE BUSY ..LAST BUT LEAST WHAT THEY SAY IS TODAY NO ONE IS AVAILABLE AS THE CONCERNED PERSON IS ON LEAVE../ HE IS GONE OUT ON DUTY.. SO WHY DO U PROVIDE THE SERVICE ...? YOU ARE RIGHT THESE PEOPLE ARE ONLY AT RECIEVING END. WHEN GIVEN A COMPLAINT THEY DONT GIVE LOCKET NUMBER.. WHEN ENQUIRED AGAIN THEY ASK ABOUT THE LOCKET NUMBER..     Starting to Now my Modems NOT properly worked I Lost my Money of One year.BSNL cann't find The Problem until Now...

    I am the customer of internet brodbnd home plan provided by BSNL and have been using this since 2008march .At that month of march 2008 i can get new connection, i am working aboard, thats why i am taken the connection...i am not satisfied with Your service provided by you.Because your staff can't solve that problems ...

    However your company people monthly 4 times coming to my home untill now...

    But last tOctober and november 2008 they are not attend my complaints .

    Now what solution you have to advice...

    Can u return the money of which i paid for one year..

    i am sreejith from thalassery, my landline number is [protected] wireless high speed internet connection (250 plan monthly unlimited).my internet is not working 26-09-09 onwords.i compliant TLY exchange but they didn’t rectify the problem till date. so I kindly requsted to rectify the problem as soon as possible.

    i took new EVDO conection me paid money but not working( not enogh range) till today now finished one month what i do no need your conection pls cancell and refund my money

      My land line telephone number (+91+[protected] has been dead since June 2008 and despite telephonically registered complaints the company----BSNL Pune----has not repaired the connection till date. Meanwhile, it has billed me as usual for the service they are supposed to provide.

      I wonder whether it is a dead telephone line I am paying for or a dead bureaucracy and its dead technical services department.

      My landline telephone at Pune 25422595 is not working since last 2 months, We gave copmlaints 2 times but the phone is dead. Some time we receive a call thet the phone will be put to order very soon but it doesn't work. Our above landline is dead since 2 months and we have no alternative to switch to new Mobile Connections. If the things continue till December end 2009, we shall surrender this landline connection and discontinue.

      Hope this time the complaint will be resolved

      My landline telephone at pune 26111557 is not working since the last 15 days. Have given a complaint personally as well as by phone. The concerned person mentioned that we need to go near ladies club he also gave a number but there is no response on both the numbers.

      The landline keeps going dead for 15 to 20 days every second month. Kindly see that the sameis resolved at the earliest.

      Our Landline No. is 25673508 is not working since last 2 months. we gave complaints on phone as well as I personally visted twise. My Father who is 76 yr. old he visted twise. I spoken to Mr. VITANKAR in Model colony Telephone exchange, Pune, Maharashtra on last Friday 12 th Nov. He told me the line man was on leave and i will send the Other area line man to relive the problem on saturday.
      AS usuall no one come to see . Today I am trying to speek to Mr. Vitankar but he is not taking his phone and when i call on landline they told me he is not yet come to the office.
      If it is not possible to solve this problem let us know, we will surrender our phone.

      Hope this time the complaint will be resolved

          i have activated gprs on my mobile no. [protected] for using internet on my laptop . as they told me that the downloading speed will be 12 KB -14 KB but i am getting only 3 KB./ s

          My friend applied for EXCELP fecility to get cheaper call rate
          at 2 nos, following standard norms., by sending SMS to 53733.
          one STD NO was wrongly activated,[protected] instead of
          [protected]correct no), due to fault of BSNL Employees, though correct no was sent by SMS, ( message seved in mobile outbox).

          After, repeated assurance to rectify their fault, now they are now telling in helpline that same cannot be rectified before 180
          days.
          Pl. do the needful to activate the correct no.

          Huy! My phone number is [protected] and it is under the Hamirpur BSNL circle. The problem is that the gprs connection speed during the evening hours ( between 7pm to 10 pm) is so small that I am not even to surf on the net. What might be the reason and how can it be solved?
          I am using GPRS since nov 2008, every 7 days it is disconnected, after getting customer care calls it is working. now it is not working since weeks. somtimes it will get connected but download very slow.

          I have taken BSNL GPRS Voucher for Rs.99 on dt.3.3.09 and get recharge for 30days. Then I access internet for one day, for next day it was disconnectd automatically. Then after when ever I try to connect GPRS my mobile shows "Pocket data not available". Then I complain to Costomer care, they assure me for resetting but they did not. This was negligency or not.

          i think all the gsm mobile service provider company is not providing good enternet speed on 2g user, not only bsnl, but also aircel, airtel is giving the most worst speed.they have given a limited usage of 2gb and must provide a minimum speed of 15kbps.

            This is Mukesh Sharma, #2994, Second Floor, sector 15, PKL (HR). As i was in need of a Brodband connection and my area no other ISP is available so i was left with the option of BSNL only.

            So i have applied for the same on August 19, 2008. I have deposited the security amount of Landline connection and One Month Advance rental o[censored]L Home Plus 750 plan. At that time the concerned person told me that my telephone connection will be installed with 7 days but..
            I waited for a long and after vising the BSNL, Telelphone Exchange sec-5 Panchkula (many a time), at last it got installed with the telephone number 2592994 on 7th or 8th of September 2008. When the BSNL people came to install my telephone connection i asked them of the Broadband connection and they told me that it will be installed within few days.
            And after that i keep started waiting for my BroadBand connection. At last on September 16, 2008, Contractor Guy Mr. Manish came and installed the modem and all the related equipment at my home and he have added a UserID "[protected]@bsnl.in" in the Network Connections and told me that my user id will be activated today itself or tomorrow. Again i keep starte waiting for the same.
            And till date i am still waiting for the same.
            I have called the Customer Service on 12678 and 2713000 hundred a times but all was in vein. One of guy used to told me many a times that these id are activated from Banglore and it will take around a week. and on Thursday 19 sep, 2008 i got a call from BSNL stating that your Userid "[protected]@bsnl.in" and password "password" has been activated. I tried it same time, but my luck it was not working, i was getting the same error no 691, Access was denied.
            I keep on calling the Complaint 5 - 10 a day but all was in vein. Nothing worked for me till date.
            I have also Visited the SDO, Pkl branch for the same, he call the CC in front of me and then he told me that a BSNL guy will come and will check what is wrong with my connection, but that guy never reached my home.
            yesterday 25 Sep, 2008, a guy appeared claiming that he is from BSNL and come to check my BSNL Broadband connection problem. He tried his best to get it connected but it didn't work. Then he tried his own UserId and password and that worked perfectly.
            He told me that your userid has been shifted from New Server to OLD server, so he need to do something from the telephone exchange and after that he left for the day.
            After that i keep on waiting but you know the truth.

            It is still giving the error 691.

            So it a request, please do the needfull asap so that my net connection start working.

            BSNL Broadband — Error 691, From the First Day, till date no resolution

            This is Mukesh Sharma from Panchkula (haryana). As i was in need of a Brodband connection and in my area no other ISP is available so i was left with the option of BSNL only.

            So i have applied for the same on August 19, 2008. I have deposited the security amount of Landline connection and One Month Advance rental o[censored]L Home Plus 750 plan. At that time the concerned person told me that my telephone connection will be installed with 7 days but..

            And after that i keep started waiting for my BroadBand connection.             I recently bought a Netgear wireless network adapter for my house. I tried many times, I saw the error message ' your modem is preventing'
            what is the problem. how to resolve. without wireless router, modem is connecting the internet no problem.

              I am a subscriber of BSNL, Kolkata Telephones, under 2421 Exchange, my telephone No. is 24214072. For the last couple of days, the ring tone of my above telephone is not hear properly, as it is too low to hear from a hand shecking distance, though the volume is high.

              My request is that kindly use your good office to invite attention of BSNL to change my instrument at the earliest.

My payments were made through ECS but from Dec'19 onwards the payment were not made through ECS why ?. Now, one telephone call has received in my landline no. asking me for payment of due amount physically at Ranikhuti exchange. The online payment option is there in January 2020 bill No EDCWB[protected] dated 06.01.2020 due date is 27.01.2020 for Rs.1035/-. If I pay the bill online will there be problem. There is problem in paying physically in cash that's why ECS option was given. The bill for last 10 years paid through ECS only. Please reply.

                I must know about how many calls has been made by my telepone BSNL landline everyday.
                Is there any number to call and find out the no of calls has done upto or is there any mail checking is possible for that.
                Even if there is a charge (as a call) for that number i want the number please .

                to identify the no of calls made you can look at the printed landline bill.
                but if you want more details like how many calls have been made to which number then you have to submit your printed landline bill at the TRA department at telephone exchange office. some office take application for that job and some dont.
                afer 7 to 10 days they would call you up and ask to receive your call details from office.

                  I PAID Rs.112/- AND GOT DUPLICATE SIM CARD HAVING SIM NO:[protected].
                  I REQUEST THE OFFICER IN EXCHANGE TO STOP OLD SIM BECOUSE SOMEONE IS MAKING

                  WRONG USE OF SIM CARD BUT THEY SAY TO ME THE THE TECHNICAL PERSON IS NOT ON DUTY

                  AND IT IS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY.

                  I REQUEST THEM A LOT BUT THEY REFUSES ALL BY SAYING THAT IT WILL BE STOPED ON

                  MONDAY OFFICE TIME.

                  I CALL TO CUSTOMDER CARE FOR MORE INFORMATION TO STOP OLD SIM. THEY SAY TO ME TO

                  GIVE THEM NEW SIM NUMBER. THEY WILL STOP OLD ONE AND START NEW ONE. BUT AFTER

                  SOMETIME THEY SAID TO FAX FIR COPY WITH PROOF.

                  I MAKE FAX ON[protected] SAME TIME. AFTER THAT THEY SAID TO GO TO LOCAL EXCHANGE

                  BECOUSE IT IS NOT THEIR DUTY. IT WAS REALLY SHOKABLE FOR ME TO LISTEN THESE MATTER

                  THAT TIME WHEN A PERSON WHO PICK MY CELL MAKING FALSE CALLS TO THE PERSONS WHO

                  ARE IN MY PHONE CONTECT LIST AND ABUSING THEM.

                    Bill not received by due date

                    This is a great problem faced by me and others that the landline/broadband bill is either not delivered or delivered much later than the last date of payment. So we have to pay the late fee along with the bill. Mostly, they temporarily disconnect the service due to non payment of bill. Kindly look into the matter....

Actually day before yesterday when i switched on my phone then message displays on my cell "INSERT SIM", and this message even continuos when i changed my Phone too. then immidiately i call to customer care and they advise me to visit Local Exchange. when i made a visit then they said that sim has been blocked due to your mistake and we will unlock your sim after the payment of 112 Rs. then i was shocked by their response, i said them i did nothing to sim it is a technical problem by your side but they did'nt agree by my views...

                          I m user of cellone prepaid within orissa circle bearing no. [protected]. I had called cellone c.care for 100 times for cellone gprs setting. Every person said me "I have already send the setting to u, u will receive the setting within 5 min". Then result is the same, no setting deliverd to my cell.
                          And another drawback any one can see in cellone portal. oneday I just clock on a wallpaper download link, then next one screen comes that u have to pay 15 rupees and click on the confirmation button. I didn't click on confirmation link and back to previous window, but 15 rupees was debited from my a/c with out downloading the wallpaper.

There is a bad and poor signal in royapettah (chennai), i can't able to make a call or receive a call, my important calls and my business are totally collapsed due to the communication.                             I got the BSNL Telephone connection and Broad Band connection 4 months back. The price and tariff may be very competitive compare to other service provider in Chennai. To be honest the quality of service is very poor.

                            In the month May 2008 I have logged 3 complaints regarding the intermediate disconnection of the broadband. The customer care agents just receive my call and they said they forwarded to technical department. After that nothing is happening. Still I am facing the same issue.

                            I have following points for your kind consideration which will help us to improve BSNL Customer service.

                            1. They are not giving the compliant number for Broadband Issues.

                            2. They are not connecting the customer directly to a technical person, if they cannot resolve the issue. They are forwarding and then we have to wait for minimum 2 days.

                            3. There is not proper escalation matrix available in the BSNL customer care and as well as Chennai Telephone Website.

                            4. For the SULABH plan in Chennai they are charging Rs.120 with no out going facility. But we are not able to make a call to BSNL customer care also. It would be great if we can make a call to your customer care 1500 from the SULABH plan telephone connection.

                            5. They are not reduce the rents for the non-working days. In my case at least monthly 5 days i am not able to use internet because of these type of problems.
                            6. Finally we need a good and technically sound customer care centre for BSNL Broadband.

                            7. This is not happening not only for me. If you setup active and transparent forum for this you can understand our frustrations.

                            I have applied for BSNL Broadband connection before 22 days, till now there is no response from the autorities. They say few reasons like cable damage, problem with line, etc., always. Can the higher authorities look into this & solve the probelms.
                            My BSNL broadband connection stopped working suddenly from 6th Mar 2009.                             I have broadband connection with unlimited home plan. But in this category, there is short band. (not broad band). People choose this plan whose internet usage online movie, gaming is more and pay little more than others. But BSNL choose to differentiate so as to total usage should not be more than others but will receive more fixed rental. When I am paying more, why it should be turned into short band? Shall people be restricted to use internet?

                            I am from HRBR layout Bangalore, I have applied BSNL connection shifting from Rajajinager to HRBR lay out but Umashankar AE told us there is no Feasibility in my Home. But my home owner ground floor has the bsnl connection. My old number is 23151292.

                            Please check where really there is no facility or some other reason(Some other Broadband ISP is ready to give internet connection.).. Pls check and do the needful.
                            Kindly note the following:

                            1. I opted for a new land line with Home Plan Combo 500 C broadband connection. I am very happy to say that that both the telephone (No.[protected] as well as MODEM (Type II) were installed at my residence very promptly for which I give thanks to BSNL.

                            2. On 18th November 2009 I got an SMS (from [protected] number) where I was informed about my user Id, password etc. On the next day I received another SMS requesting me to contact local telephone exchange for broadband installation.

                            3. Based on the above I contacted Mr. Sisir Mondal on the mobile number [protected] (got from BSNL web site) since no particular name/number was given in your SMS. Anyway I did not receive any favorable reply (even the person/department to be contacted) instead the gentleman disconnected the line instantly.

                            4. After repeated efforts I could contact SDO, Manicktala Exchange (Mr. Mondal) and he advised me to contact the marketing department physically.

                            5. Unfortunalely more than 2 weeks passed I could not go to the telephone exchange as because my busy schedule. As a result with all necessary hardware facilities available with me I can not take the benefit which I opted for a long time. Further note that till date I have not received any official letter as you normally send.

                            In view of the above will it be possible for you to give me the contact person name with phone number so that I can directly talk to him for installation of the broadband. I am also afraid whether I will receive the bill for the month for which I have not used the broadband. Please do the needful and inform me at the earlist.

                            I got the BSNL Telephone connection and Broad Band connection one and half months back. The price and tariff may be very competitive compare to other service provider, To be honest the quality of service is very poor.

                            In this month i have logged 2 complaints regarding the intermediate disconnection of the broadband. The customer care agents just receive my call and they said they forwarded to technical department. After that nothing is happening. Still I am facing the same issue.SDO of my area does not receives telephonic calls.
                            1) The worst customer service is availble in Bsnl Broadbands.
                            In Tambaram Exchange they are not picking there lines[protected][protected]. If do they pick their lines, no one is taking responsible for the issue. Just the default solution is Please call to another no...

                            2) BSNL customer care is not having touch with Exchange, they also giving nos only. and they dont have enough knowledge

                            Hi, I am very frustrated with this BSNL Broadband support. I faced power problem with modem and being in IT we need to be in internet all the time.. I logged a ticket with customer care 1 week back and till now no calls from the support and the customer care is always busy ( may be they just make the Voice call to say the same message)

                            Instead of wasting your time on this threads atleast you can do something productive, for the complaints whatever we file itself BSNL employees dont have time to respond, Do you think they would atleast care to read all this threads and forums ??? Nothing will work by giving your comments hear, instead you need to understand that you all are posting your contact informations here which can be viewed by anyone and i beleive its not advisable to give ur names as well as telephone numbers on the open forums. The best possible thing i did is changed my service provider. Hmmm you need to accept the fact that BSNL still works like a typical government organisation.

There is no one responding properly. They keep phone down while talking. I am requesting BSNL higher authorities, Please take action as soon as possible else u will lose valuable customers.                             I am a rural user of broadband connection my telephone number is[protected] and I have requested my local exchange in chittur for tariff change of my existing Bsnl Broadband connection to BB Home Rural Combo UL 500 @ but staff in Chittur said me that there is no plans like this but I have noticed the same in your website under postpaid broadband tariff details.Kindly clarify me whether this plan is available or not. I am unable to get more details regarding this from any your exchange staffs either in Velanthavalam, Kozhinjampara or Chittur or in your customer care center.If plans are not available kindly remove the same from your website.

                            I had applied for "New Broadband Connection" in Bangalore through Maramma telecom DSA on 26-December-2010 Work order: 45040956. After that no one get back to me. After waiting for 20 days, I did called them they said to get in touch with BSNL and this is not their problem like that. Then I communicated with BSNL office and they said that my workorder has been cancelled. I asked them why without informing and even without contacting me once they have cancelled my workorder. They said they will check and get back.

                            After this due to no reponse from BSNL, I communicated with Mr. Ramchandra (Sub Divisional Eng). He asked me to submit a written request at bangalore city exchange. I did submitted the written request at office broadband cell but still nothing happened and again 2nd time they asked for the request. I still submitted the request. After repeated calls and follow-ups they did fixed a landline on 13-February and renewed the Work order: 2286823. They promised me that within 1-2 days Broadband connection will be done but again no one get back from bsnl.

                            Now approx. 2 months are getting over since I submitted request for new connection of BSNL Broadband. Only response I got is DISAPPOINTMENT. I beleive this is the reason why people does not beleive government people and go for private agencies.

                            I got the BSNL Broadband connection after running behind the line man for a month. I opted for 4MB/s link but I never receive the 4 MB/s but I was told that since my home is bit far from Exchange I may not get the complete 4 MB, even I agreed for it since I was initially getting 3.5 MB/s (MAX). But recently my broadband speed dropped and I started getting 350 to 500KB/s and then I was told as I would have increased the Fair usage and even now i am getting 1.5 MB/s. I called up customer care and lodged a complaint but no one has taken care of it. Also I sent an e-mail to the Nodal officer(Mr. Sridhar) but no response from him as well. I use to receive calls from telephone dept, they keep on asking "Internet is working?" if we say yes.. they disconnect and close the ticket.

                            I am a BSNL Telephone/broadband consumer, I have opted a BroadBand with the speed of 4MB/s with the Plan of "Combo ULD 1350" where I havent got 4MB at all.. I was told that 4MB mean, the consumer will not get the exact 4MB, but I am also a Network Engineer with Cisco Certified and I understand the Networks very well along with the technology Quality Of Service (QOS) which defines the Bandwidth queuing. Even I didnt bother since I was getting around 3MB/s. But from 22nd NOV evening, My bandwidth was dropped to around 300KB and I lodged a complaint with BSNL to look into this.. But today I received a SMS as "Docket No: [protected] is closed, Please call BSNL customer care for more details." When I called the customer care, I was told that the issue is resolved so they closed the docket. But My issue was not resolved.. Also I was disconnected when I insisted him to let me know the reason for closing without confirmation. Please find the below Speed Test result and advice.

                            We are experiencing the best worst service ever a service provider can provide.

                            We are having issues with BSNL broadband connection and despite of several complaints launched the problems remains constant.

                            There is no proper service at our place.

                            The issue with our BB connection is, it gets disconnected very often and will resume in some time. When we lodged a complaint they say the entire city is like this and we can not help any more.

                              B R E A C H OF C O N T R A C T ( "Cellone Manik Jod" B S N L )

                              I am Biman Baral. On[protected], BSNL advertised on National dailies that "If you have BSNL landline connection, get a rent free Cellonne ( postpaid) connection now and cut down your mobile phone expense drastically" . For this post paid connection, yuo need not pay .Which is totally rent free. I had
                              also taken and registered under that scheme when it first came into effect but now after almost one year.

                              However, BSNL has suddenly informed the customers on 8th January 2009, by an SMS that they will be liable to pay a fixed charge of Rs. 40 per month effective from 7th January 2009. This is in contrary to and against the spirit of the offer. Which according to me is a total " BREACH OF CONTRACT" between the BSNL customer on BSNL. They just have taken .the customer as a rat
                              whom they want to catch by giving a free cheese. This totally disgusting and by this customer has started lossing their faith and trust on this company. The SMS also keeps provision of future enhancements of the fixed charge.

                              TRAI being watching Telecom Companies, would kindly see the logic
                              of charging something which has already been declared rent free. Is it not unethical ???

                              I would, therefore, request T R A I to kindly prevail up on B S N L, and make them
                              stick to their orginal offer.

                                SINCE LAST 10 DAYS MY[protected] & MY SOME NEIGHBOURS RESIDENTIAL TEL.PHONES ARE DEAD AND DESPITE OF COMPLAINING PERSONALLY AND ALSO FROM TELEPHONE SYSTEM BY THE COMPANY NO RESULT IS YET COME. DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING OR WHAT IS THEIR WORKING SYSTEM ? WE ARE SUFFERING A LOT.
                                SORRY TO SAY BUT PERHAPS THIS KIND OF SERVICES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVAL OF CONNECTION OF BSNL. POOR...VERY POOR SERVICE.

                                we too have the same problem of dead landlines so far no action is been taken despite numerous complaints, its been nearly a week. i don't when they are going to repair this landline.i think bsnl has one of highest record of worst service provider in the world and only it is privatised whole then only the serrvice will improve.

                                  I had applied for unlimitted broadband connection with effect from 15-08-08.The SDE, Udma informed me over phone about the granting of connection, but i haven't got it due to modem complaint or range.I approached him several times and informed the same. On 21-08-08, sunday one man introduced him as employee in bsnl and enquired way to my home. So far he hasn't reached my home to rectify the problems.But he hasn't forgot to send the bill as in due course.

                                  Hence i request either to disconnect my broadband connection or rectify it.

                                  My BSNL broadband connection is through my land line telephone no 2438033 .My complain is that from evening 6pm till11pm my inernet connection is not fuctioning, in which the connection is cut off and connection is broken every after 2 or 3 minutes.some times whole broadbend is disconnected.I had complaint earlier which was attended by Mr Arun from your office but he not done the needful KINDLY DO ATTEND THE COMPLAINT.

                                    Sir,
                                    I am having a landline telephone no.[protected] in Punalur Exchange, Kollam District, Kerala. I and my wife are employees. In daytime my phone doesnot have dialtone for onehour and after that it reconnected automatically. My telephone bill amount also exceeding. I expect some anonymous line misusing. Kindly take necessary action to avoid this fault.

                                    two and I am facing many problem due to this no once is responding . please lode in to this matter.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      My landline number [protected](Add:#49th, 8th Cross, Venkatapura extension Kormangala, bangalore-560034).
                                      I have applied for broadband connection where BSNL office koramangala CC said we dnt need to deposite any amount for broadband& Landline...To get a connection I had to keep running and bribing people to listen to my application status for 2 months.Atlast I got connection and 1st bill came as Rs 3000 + Approx. Rs 1000 for landline deposite(FOr this I dont have even STD active, for what you want this deposite GOd only knows), RS 750 for Internet deposite, Rs 250 for installation charges(I only went to office to take all instrument and have myself installed it at home, these people never look at customers face but BSNL will charge Installation charges).
                                      +My Landline bill: 750 broadband, Rs 180 Landline bill(It was told to me as free), Rs 122 taxes, Rs 62 for calls(I never used it), modem charges & something else.

                                      When I went to BSNL CC in Kormangala BDA, no one seems to be borthered, When I requested that I will normal Broadband amount except landline extra charges since I am putting a request complaint for it, they denied that part payment is not possible.I paid all amount and they said it will be resolved.Nothing happend till next bill...again they send same 1200+ bill.I have put how many applications for it. but no Response.Can anyone atleast tell me what suppose to be done??DO I earn money to give and waste like this to customer service provider like this that tooo gov.?????

                                      Is This is What we are In a country?? Or any use to go to consumer court even... thats also Govt. only!!!

                                      BSNL — instrument+bill broadband

                                      instrument not working, replaced from bhankrota, jaipur exchange, replaced model was a very old model which is again dead.
                                      my number is[protected]

                                      broadband connection was taken in last week of july plan 750 unlimited
                                      in the first bill monthly rent on previous telephone connection was calculated proportionately but broadband charges were not adjusted and full charges Rs750 were billed.we feel cheated

                                      I Smt Naisma Hussain a customer of your BSNl Land Line with Broadband bearing No. [protected].
                                      I have been used the Internet till my connection i.e. 11 th August/08. Till date i have received only one Bill at my Door step and other Bill i already paid in your Office as per Bill amount. But when i search duplicate Bill I was surprised to see the Bill amount I.E. about Rs. 42, 000/ . How can its possible. its unbelievable. my Rental i mean plan @ Rs. 250/- pm. As i know i will able to use ! G.B. free and if exceed than addional bill amount will add . It may to your notice that I used limited . may be within ! G.B. Please clearfy me the billing at an early date as posssible.
