[Resolved] BSNL Landline — IVRS not recognizing the number i pressed from BSNL Landline

Hi, I have dialed 1500,[protected] and other toll free numbers. As we all know these numbers will have IVRS first, this will ask us select the options like 1 or 2 ...9 . When i press the option i am interested, its not recognizing. Is this something related to telephone line or phone.. ???/ Please help/suggest. Regards, Naveen Was this information helpful? I am trying to submit my Broadband Complaint. But Bihar Bsnl complaint nos. & IVRS is not working. I do not know Now how to register a complaint.
