Dear Sir

My mobile no. [protected] , having a GPRS facility. While browsing accidentally the services of www.follo.co.in services was clicked and charges of Rs.5 was deducted weekly. I am unable to unsubscribe from the services. I am receiving the messages from[protected] from follo jacqueline fernandez, pic. My request for UNSUB messages are not received.

Plz help me to unsubscribe services from follo.co.in of wap.indiatimes.com

BSNL — request for unsub

i am not using this service but every week i got a message in my mobile for renewed this service and automatically reduce of rs10 from my balance.kindly unsubscription this service.my mobile number is [protected].

a message from the no. 58888 comes on my bsnl no. [protected], saying that your sub hvideo of the day will be renewed on 14/10/2010. to unsub click here http://203.199.70.160/site/t.jsp?i=735. but when i clickd at the address there is no guideline how to unsub.another message from the same no. comes saying that your sub actress of the day will be renewed on 14/10/10 to unsub click http://203.199.70.160/site/t.jsp?i=743. the customer care says that he can not do anything.so i request you to unsub this unwanted service.

BSNL Prepaid Sim — message saying rupees deducted

Dear Sir,

I got a message saying "Thank you for subscribing SMS pack. You have been charged RS8 /week" from no:[protected]. Though I have not subscribed.
When I call customer care they do not give any response and put me on hold for a long time.

I have not subscribed for the same and had brought this to the notice of BSNL customer care. The BSNL customer care has failed to take the necessary action successfully and I do not wish to get any more messages from this particular website.     BSNL — Call charge

    On 1/8/2011at 12.09 am I made a call from my mobile [protected] to[protected] to Maldives for 1minute 48 seconds. They deducted 80 rupees from my prepaid mobile. When I checked the tariff in the Net it was 9rupees per minute, when I enquired about it to customer care the reply varied from person to person and finally they said that the tariff is raised to 40 rupees per minute but the circular or the updation of the tariff is not found any where in their website. kindly clear my query at the earliest.

      in BATANAGAR( KOLKATA-700140) is very poor and maximum days
      i cant speak to anyone due to non funtioning of Mobile Tower.I also contact

      bsnl postpaid mobile — Poor Mobile service in Khadakpada, Kalyan (west)

      The MTNL Mobile at Khadakpada Kalyan-west is very very poor. When ever incomming calls from any private oparater comes on my BSNL mobile no. it gets disconnected while receoving the call. Netrwork congetion is there.

        The BSNL braodband connection that we have at home is giving lots of trouble. The reason for this is that the landline that we have has a lot of disturbance in it. I have registered lots of complaints, but none has ever resolved this ever existant problem.

        I have been using bsnl landline as well as broadband service for 6 months. Everytime I gave a complaint on some issue, they wont respond to it. When ever I called them and enquire about my complaint they will say that it will be resolved by 5 o clock. It wont be resolved , If I call them after 5PM nobody will recieve call after 5PM. Every time It takes more than a week and 10 to 15 phone calls to get my work done.I am fed up with worst service of BSNL in Chennai. Please take corresponding action.

        hello. this is vinnu. i have a BSNL landline broadband connection. but am not getting the bill from the day i am using the service. everytime i have to contact BSNL office for the duplicate bill to pay it. n also am unable to login in www.bangaloretelecom.com to pay my bill online. am facing so many problems plz help me. n also is ther any option like as soon as the bill gets generate i should get a msg on my mobile n a mail in my mail id. if so then plz suggets me. thanks.

        The Broad band ( Data One) is not working properly in my house. either it should be rectified immediately or else we will return the mode etc and go to consumer court.

        I am a customer of the bsnl landline and broadband home 500 plan. My land phone and broadband is not working properly since the last 3 months.My no is [protected]. I have complained via 198 several times and there is no response.Now my phone is completely dead for about one month and still no response. I have personally told the officer of our exchange and then I have complained to the district office. They phoned the exchange and told them to solve the problem still they did not do any thing. What shall I do now? Why should I pay for the service that i cannot use.

        BSNL Landline and Broadband — wiring from pole to my house has multiple joints and often gets jammed or disconnected

        Often my landline gets dissurpted as the wire connecting from telephone pole to my house is nearly 100 feet long and has multiple joints at least five as I have seen resulting either phone going dead or unusable as it rings but can not hear or dial any number and communication becomes impossible.

          last month BSNL service provider activated a service on my phone number by itself. after i complaint to them,they deactivated the service and asked me that money will be refunded within a month.but haven't done it yet.when i again called them they said there is no complaint filed for refunding of money.the complaint number they have given me is E18UP303217 on 18/may/13.

          a) I have problem with broad band connection also. After clicking on bsnl icon it take lot of time to open.
          b) Modem light continuesly flickering, due to which internet connection getting cut off.

              BSNL Mobile — about internet

              I am a consumer of BSNL, Sim No - [protected]
              I will recharge with Rs. 99 /- for use of internet in my mobile .
              The facility in Rs. 99 /- voucher is to use for internet browsing for 1 month absolutly free.
              I will recharge on 05.07.09 but from 23.07.09 when I browsing some amount will deduct from my main balance .

              BSNL — Internet not available on mobile

              I Have Mobile Sansung S8300. and BSNL post paid connection. I have requested for GPRS connection. I received all the confugration messages which i installed on my phone. I have applied for GPRS connection. Service center is answering that connection is given but i am receiving the message " CONNECTION FAILED" when I am trying to connect the net.

I have done the surfing on the date 07/09/09 on yahoo.com in the night near about 2.00 AM but at that time no page is opened & my balance was deducted by 138.85 rs so I have given the complaint regarding the same. my docket no for that complaint in 3282909 again the second docket no is 3292065, the third one is 3322249 but your C.C. has refused the complaint & said that the right charges are been deducted & no one gives me the details regarding the same & as well your technical persones havent call me back to give me the resolution because they know that this the invalid deduction & we cant face the customer. If it is not possible to give me the details regarding the same then I will have to go to the consumer forum for the same.

                I am a prepaid consumer of BSNL phone No. [protected] with Broad Band under Plan Compo 500C for 3 years. During the road expansion work carried our by the Highways Department from March 2013 BSNL cable line has been cut away and my phone has been disconnected from 08th March 2013 09 38 AM to 29th May 2013 05 12 PM I have submitted a complaint to the Senior Enginer External, BSNL, Sathyamangalam on 01 06 2013 by post requesting to take up the matter with the appropriate authorities to extend the prepaid period proportionately or credit the proportionate bill amount charged during the disconnection period to my account.Till today there is no action on this matter. I request the needful at the earliest.

                  I have got recharge my BSNL No [protected] on 16/06/2013 with special terrif voucher of Rs. 1494/- for the scheme of BSNL to BSNL National free for 90 days as stated by the retailer ( Paras corner, Near hanuman mandir tower road, Rajula City, Dist Amreli Gujarat). But after recharging i received sms from the company that is you have redited your voice pack with 25 hr 0 mn valid until 06/09/2013 upto time of recharge/data/bundle done by you (this is valid for any network nationwide including BSNL) and one another sms that is your unlimited BSNL To BSNL voice call pack is valid until 06/09/2013 upto time of recharge/data/bundle done by you.

                  later I spoke with the BSNL customer Care (1503) and customer care executive told me that this scheme has been closed on 06/06/2013, and we made some changes in the scheme.

                  Retailer had cheated me he did not tell me about the scheme that it has been closed or modified, but he showed me pupmlet of his currently running scheme in which this scheme was stated that get recharge of rs. 1494/- and get 90 days BSNL to BSNL network free calls nationalwide.

                  now i want please go through the matter, if possible get the replace my scheme into old one or compensate the amount which i've got recharge.

                    I had raised the complaint 23 days before against my Land line Telephone (Telephone Number is[protected] which is provided by BSNL which is not working (Dead) well.
                    They have closed the complaint without attending it and again I raised another complaint and that is also closed without attending it. Then i called the concern people and they asked me to contact SIPCOT AE through Land line and Mobile.His number is [protected] and the Landline Number is[protected].

                    I tried several times by calling the above numbers and no one picked the call.I called the another number and they asked me to contact Line mane directly and his name is Chandran

                    When I reached out to him he asked me to contact another Line man whose name is Vijay.When I called Vijay he told that he will attend that.

                    But after 10 days no one come and attended it and again I called Chandran (Line man) and he told that he will attend the same on this on Monday(17.06.2013). I called him again on Monday till evening he has not picked the call and finally he took the call and started shouting on me for disturbing him during non-business hours and he told me that I can escalate this to AE.

                    As a customer I dont know what needs to be done in this reg and we have signal issues for any provider in my area (Annamalai Nagar,Hosur) and I depend on my Land line as I am being attending conference calls with respect to my Project.

                    As this issue is not yet resolved I am being attending the conf calls on the Terrus due to bad signals even during the raining day (very pathetic situation). I have given the complaint details which I have raised and the status as below.

                    I am very much mentally upset due to this and I am not able to attend my conference calls with respect to my project.

                    Can you please file this and take necessary action on the BSNL provider and get the compensation for my mental upset.

                    BSNL Landline — not attend the problem

                    From last week onwards the phone was not working. We registered our complaint still no response
                    Since yesterday evening our land line telephone (044 –[protected] not working.
                    Kindly rectify the problem immediately.

                    When landline complaints are registered mostly it takes days to fix it. Very poor service compared to private sector. They rectify the problem in hours.

                    My no. goes out of order almost once or twice a month and inspite of complaining thro phone & even directly the local
                    JE never responds as I strictly refused to tip them initially when the connection was given.
                    The local DE helped me few times & washed of his hands saying that only JE should be contacted regarding complaints.
                    The same happened when once my line was connected to one of my neighbor's line and was misused by them.
                    If this is going to continue, I am ready to withdraw my conn. as you may know how much a landline is important for a surgeon.

                    BSNL — Landline Faults

                    Complaint : Ph no[protected] out of order since Jan 2011
                    I am a Bank officer and opted for BSNL landline and Broad band services at Kanpur after my transfer from Delhi. I am sorry to say that most of the time my land line ph No[protected] at my residence RBI officers's Flats ,Tilak Nagar,Kanpur was out of order though I was bound to pay the bill on time. In total it worked not more than 2 months during the period ( July 10 to April 11). Still it is out of order despite my complaints at Benajhabar Exchange,Kanpur and system based complaint. I am an executive and require uninterrupted telephone and internet services round the clock. It is therefore requested that you please take up the matter with the exchange concerned(Benajhabar Exchange,Kanpur)
                    Further, the bills sent by BSNL are generally incorrect. They do not carry the calls details. These Bills are generally inflated.Though the Ph at my residence No-2551247 was out of order since Jan 2011 yet I had deposited all the bills received in time. All of a sudden an amount of Rs 15000/- was indicated as previous dues in the Bill for Month Feb 11. No call details were shown in this regard . The aforesaid bill is not correct as I was out of station on official tour from Jan 7 To Feb 25,2011 and my flat was locked during that period. I can produce all documentary evidence in this regard.
                    I have observed that base level employees at BSNL are very rude. They are not prompt in attending the compalints of BSNL users.They are causing a reputational risk for BSNL and thus spoiling the name of a prestigious organisation like BSNL. Majority of BSNL customers are bound to shift to Reliance,Tata,Airtel etc.

                    Before stepping towards other options I personally request you to look at the matter.

I had even registered my complaint in the Greivances Cell but with no response. A poor show by BSNL. It is my humble request either to repair the fault or else I have to look for other options.                       we have been using the bsnl land line for more than 10 ten years, but for the last 3-4 years our bsnl landline is not working properly.
                      when we raise a complaint request, some times they attend the issue, some times not at all.If it is ok for one week then it will not work for two weeks. Customer service is very bad.I belong to very rural area the mobile signal are not very good. So the only mode of communication is landline. In office also most of the time only watch is there.
                      they says that we cannot attend the issue also some times.
                      What needs to be done no idea at all.

                        I am Krushita Kapadia. I have taken Internet Broadband Connection From BSNL 6 Months before.
                        My Broadband Services is very poor and not working properly. In a week only 2-3 days my Internet is in working condition. I have complaint to BSNL so many times but they don't do anything. And their Representative always told me that he will come to my home and check it, but he never comes.
                        I have paid 750/- per month. So I want all my money back for last 6 months and Deposit from BSNL.

Frequently it does not work and when I lodge complain within short time some operator will start calling me that your service is started pl check, when I try to check it is not working.I try to call SDE that is no 2327200 i hold the receiver for 15 minutes and no body replies.What to do?

                        This is the biggest company and the service is so poor

The bsnl service provider has deduct balance from my phone so many time without any service request by me. When i call at customer call centre at 9:05 pm on[protected] then mr. Navven tell me that there is no record available . When i ask for refund then he said that no refund will be given to you. I also tell that on[protected] Rs. 12 was deducted i same way from my mobile then he said only 2 rs. Deducted after that he said 4 rs. Deducted. I ask for refund he flatly refused. I also ask for email for complaint registered through email then mr. Naveen flstly refused. I also ask for call your senior or sent this call to your senior then he flatly refused and ignored. Please do in my favour. I have loss so many time mymobile balance like this. Please help me for refund my duducted mobile balance which is in current is Rs. 24

                            I got a message to my number ([protected]) saying - I can use "easy vault phone back-up service" free for one month. I just ignored and deleted the sms and never used the service. After one month I shocked to see another message stating my "easy vault phone back-up service" has been renewed and Rs. 20 has been charged. I was also offered to stop the service by sending an SMS "STOP" to 155223. I've send the SMS but it is not known whether the service is active or not. Even the Deducted amount has not been refunded as of now.
                            This is a serious violation of TRAI guidelines. How can BSNL subscribe to a VAS without my consent? How can I be charged for even for cancelling some subscription?

                              none of the customer care no is working of BSNL Assam (1500 to 1530 and toll free [protected] & [protected] & [protected] and also on 198 which is automatic complaint no for land line) i have tried a lot to contact customer care through mentioned no but none of them working the response on these nos is either number not in use or not connecting or not attending the call. Please look in to the matter.

                                  My BSNL no. is [protected]. I recharge free roaming pack of Rs. 199 on 17/06/2013 at 11.48pm at through my accoun by paytm application through my mobile which is unable to success completely. But the recharge amount Rs.199 was deducted from my account. For which I receive messages that the deducted amount will be refund. But the amount is not refund till today to my account. But in paytm application it shows that the amount is refunded. I can not contact to paytm or bsnl. My order no is[protected]. The same thing also happen during recharge of Rs. 41 to my mob. No. [protected].
