[Resolved]  BSNL — landline is not working

i am from eucalyptus.we have bsnl landline .during 5 days our phone is not working plz send a persone to the given address:

Hello Responsible,
My landline is not working for 1 month, eventhough we have given complains atleast seven times. They are not bothered about that. But they need money to come for maintainance services also. Also when we call for this concern, telling that please call to higher officers. For this basic Harware cable cut, we should complain for higher officers.

My land line number is not working from last week, I have intimated many times to fix the permanent solution. I haven’t received root cause of why we are facing the frequent problems. Please treat this as priority and send me the response as soon as possible.

Sir/Madam,

My phone number is [protected] and my pnone complaint number is [protected].
my landline is not working since 15 days, in my phone service there is no progress.
In a year my landline is dead always for 2 - 3 months and my 15 days bill will also not be paid by department only i have to pay that bill.
and if my landline will not be prepared soon i will remove it soon.
and BSNL service in gorakhpur is like a leaders promise in INDIA, bsnl market will go down soon in gkp if your company will not take a strick action soon.
I am not opposite to your company but my bsnl mobile also not works properly and everyday print media also print about poor service of bsnl.

thinking about good service of bsnl.

Our Land line phone is not working from one week and I want to complain about it here. The problem is that, I cannot call anybody and I am not able to receive the calls, but the caller can hear the ring tone in his phone. Land line Number[protected]

My phone[protected] is dead since last 15 Days, In this regard i have complained many times but all in vein and I am many time dial 198 but customer care executive not attend my phone i'm daily call to Customer care but he dont attend.
You are requested to seriously look over the problem .
