Dear Sir,
Here by we request you to kindly refund the amount which was paid towards INSTRUMENT
COST, RENTAL of BSNL 3G DATA CARD. Because, we are not satisfied with your services.
We have tried your instrument in BANGALORE ,HYDRABAD, KERALA,GUJARAT, RAJASTHAN, MAHARASTHRA,HIMACHAL PRADESH & NEW DELHI. It is not working nor responding any where in INDIA even CHENNAI in my office . After our several comaplints you have also replace the new data card, but the new one also in the same condition. We could not get a single point of signal in my area.
So, we request you to please disconnect our data card and please refund all the charges and deposit which we have given to you towards 3G DATA CARD COST.
If can’t give us all the refund then please give us the written letter explaining the reason.
Also please acknowledge the enclosed letter.

BSNL/LANDLINE — improper service provider.
please take some strict action against this company this company is not interested in providing service to the custumer but only post there money in advertising rather than providing a service to the custumer.Our telephone no. is [protected] which is dead since 11/07/09 but it is not yet started till now. it was said from the BSNL office that there is Cable Break Down which is yet not cleared. And the number provided of BSNL HELP CENTER is not being received by any one.
This BSNL workers are only LAZY about there work. PLEASE do take some strict action against this company.
