[Resolved]  BSNL LUCKNOW — Landline No.2787169 dead for 10 days

Dear Sir,
My telephone No.2333942 and brond band sitiuated in kamla nehru Nagar Lucknow is dead for last01month Please look into the matter as nearly every month the remains dead for many days. I had also told this to my SDO Mr.yadev at BSNL vikas nagere. Please do something to resolve the matter. Thanks in advance.

Jolly Kids — BSNL Dead phone and no action taken

It is with great displeasure I am writing this to inform you that no effective solution has been given by your department on the malfunction of my telephone number[protected] for the past 10 days . Daily atleast once i am calling the exchange to take action.

The malfunction has caused our school a great problem, since its the only means of communication and also now its the admission time.

All dues to the department has promptly been paid in time for the above as per the bills sent to me irrespective of the above.

I believe that an ISO 9001:2000 certified organization cannot treat a customer complaint with so much delay.

Any thing to be done from my side may please be communicated in writing or through SMS to [protected].

Also I request you to recommend pro rata reduction in charges applicable to the non working connections.

If this fault can not be set right and lines restored from your end kindly advise me all the proper actions to be followed and obeyed by me to remove from service / disconnect the landline connection

My Land line no. 2393746 is not working since six months due to one wire disconnect in ground cable. I complaint every now then Mr.Verma SDO Gomti Nagar. Every time he promised to send dig personnel to connect wires but now body came. The poor old line man come every time comes and find same fault and he has also reported but no use. I do not understand what do and whom to complaint. I am holding this telephone only for Internet and internet is working but telephone is not working because internet needs only one wire. The SDO Gomti nagar is not able to send digging personnel to repare under ground wires.

My telephone No. 2326219 Vishnupuri Colony Ext.II, Near Church Road, Aliganj, Lucknow is dead for last one month for which I lodged complaints a number of times on 198. Surprisingly, no one turn to entertain the complaint and the complaint is washed out after 2-3 days with the comment that in your phone no technical fault was found. Please look into the matter as nearly one month has gone but no action has been taken up. Please do something to resolve the matter as I cannot run away behind the bsnl persons as I have to attend my office also. Thanks.

Statistical Officer My phone and Braod band Is not working Since 10 days In the month of January it was not in working condition for full month. even I have paid your bill as given.Our broad band still not working .
