[Resolved]  BSNL — deactivation of value added service

sir i was unknowingly activated a value added services named "HUMSHAKAL"
i have also been chaged Rs.10/week.
sir i wanna deactivate this service as soon as possible.

BSNL — Deactivate services

I have a BSNL prepaid connection with number [protected].Since last 4 month one service has been activated on my mobile automatically.and for every month Rs 30 is deducted from my account.I have tr ied to complain the BSNL customer care .But nobody pick up the number.Please do something to deactivate this service else I will change my connection.

sir my no is [protected] nd in my no 54000 is activated on 5th of may by self it is not activated by me and i have tried to deactivate this service by customercare time to time but it is not deactivated.so kindly rquest to deactivate this service .

sir in my this cell no i.e. [protected] in this 54000service is activated by onself not by me on5th of may 2012 and charged my account by 6rs. and i complained to deactivate this service on customercare time to time butit is not deactivated. and my accnt has been charged 6rs time to time . so kindly request to deactivate this service. for saving my account money. 5th july but yet this service is activated
