BSNL Mobile — not activated caller tune
Sir, i applied for bsnl caller tune at 9 feb, they detact the amount of 32 rs as the applicable charges but song still not started,i complained again and again,but theur is no responce.so i want my 32 rs back as well as my claim ammount too,so please help meBSNL Value Voucher — Poor Techniques and Service
I have recharged a value vouchar of Rs 506. The scheen In that vouchar, validity of 250 Day and talk value Rs.300/-.But After recharge i got only talk value without extend validity.
I talk to customr care but there are no any responce from BSNL
i have postpaid connection of bsnl 100 plan which is free on a single no.but from last two months they have charged on that particular no.
according to me the bill has to come 200rs only in last month but it has come 1614rs.i have complained for this but nothing had been done.
they have told me to deposit this amount and it will be adjusted in next month.but this month it is again exceeded to 1141rs.and this time,
according to me this cant be exceed from 200rs.i m a poor man and i cant afford this.please help me out.my mobile no.is [protected].

BSNL Mobile — Deactivate of dillertone in BSNL mobile
I have already talk to customer care before 2 month for deactication of diller tone in BSNL mobile, they said me for send SMS to customer care. i have sent SMS same day but still diller tone is not deactivated and BSNL charge me rental for diller tone...Request you to please do the needfull...ASAP..SharadBSNL Mobile — STD not low on Excel Gold & Silver Plan
On[protected] STD charges were reduced for Prepaid and Postpaid customers, but to my surprise these is not the same for Excel Gold and Excel Silver plan. These two plans are still paying higher STD charges of Rs.2.40. I think BSNl is loosing its transperancy each day. yo very nice

BSNL Mobile — Prepaid Dacoits
Kumar . S Mob :[protected], Tamil Nadu, Excel Anant Prepaid (Lifetime)Dt : 01/01/2008, I spoke 12 mins to a local BSNL landline no. which should have charged me Re.1 x 12, oms = Rs. 12.00 . But I was charged Rs. 24.00 on the day. I found it out on 3rd of JAn, 2 days later. It is a lifetime no. and I do not use it for much outgoing and I know their worst quality. I use my Airtel for my calls.
I tried for 10 continuous days, if even a single representative could give me account for this excess Rs. 12.00 charge. Even the topmost official denied giving the information.
Finally I left the issue unressolved and labelled BSNL as Prepaid Dacoits. I dont know how bad post paid subscribers are being ripped off.

BSNL Mobile — Network coverage was bad
Hi,I have a BSNL mobile for past 4 years. I am staying in Harsha pride appartment, Kadggadasapura, C V Raman Nagar, Bangalore. my number is [protected]
The signal is very weak if we are inside the house no signal. This is the problem in all the places in this area. I am requesting the concern person to address this issue ASAP.

There is absolutely no signal in Panchsheel Enclave and most of the times cell phones are not reachable even on houses situated on 1st floor.BSNL Mobile — unable to connect with a specific no. 09178051108
I lodged a complaint that I am unable to contact phone no.[protected] on the 10th. of november2008 with the customer care executive and received a complaint no.3102115 and was assured by the executive that the problem redressed at the earliest but till date no action has been taken.Any queries to the customer executives regarding the progress is met with a curt reply that they cannot do anything except forwarding the complaint to the concerned department.The executives at times are quite rude in their replies.What does an aggreived customer do under these circumstances? Sir,My mobile no is [protected]. I have purchase duplicate sim for my above mobile as due to stolen of my mobile i have requested to disconnect my mobile on temporary basis. I have purchase the duplicate sim on 11.12.08 and i was informed that it will be activated in the evening on the same day i.e. 11.12.08. Still on 13.12 at about 12.00 o'clock my mobile says unactivated.

BSNL POSTPAID — ILLEGAL DEACTIVATION OF POST PAID MOBILE OUTGOING CALLS
My post paid mobile No is [protected]. I have paid bll rs 1258 on 24 jan 2008 account no[protected] which was confirmed by bsnl throuh sms on 24/01/0at5.17 pm. My outgoing calls have beendeactivated by BSNL and it was informed to me through sms at 8.03 PM on 24/1/08
