[Resolved]  BSNL noida — telephone out of order

i am unable to get any response on my bsnl broadband deadphone
[protected] for last 20days against complaint no[protected]
pl help
i have been asked to go sec 29 exch to register complaint

my bsnl bb &phone no[protected] is dead for last 20 days. inspite of complaint no [protected] of 5may11, no action.
why do i have to visit exchange sec 29 for pursuing with sdo phones.
please advise

BSNL,Noida. — T.Phone out of order for 3 months

My Telephone no.[protected] is out of order for the past three months and nobody gives the proper reply.
Mr.Jain,the S.D.O. Telephones ([protected]) of our area, is such a person that he never speaks well or properly.
I am unable to operate my broad band and the BSNL bills keep coming.
These useless govt. officials must review at least once, that why are we sending the bills, what for we are going to charge, what rent we are demanding...when the usage is absolutely zero without the fault of consumer.
Whenever asked by the SDO or LIneman- same Reply- Cable Fault Hai and Department mein Cable abhi nahi hai.

The country is really going to Dogs..

MY PHONE # - 241 7219 INSTALLED IN SECTOR 82, NOIDA. WE GOT THIS CONNECTION ON 6 AUG'11. SINCE 10 AUG'11 THE PHONE HAS BEEN LYING DEAD. WE HAVE ALSO NOT RCVD THE BROADBAND CONNECTION FOR WHICH WE PARTICULARLY GOT A TELEPHONE CONNECTION.

THE COMPLAINT # IS[protected].

CAN SOMEONE AT BSNL PLEASE WAKE UP AND REPAIR THE PHONE AND SOLVE THE INCONVINIANCE THAT WE ARE GOING THRU ? YOU ARE FORCING US TO DISCONNECT THE LINE AND APPLY FOR AIRTEL INSTEAD. ATLEAST THEY LISTEN TO OUR PROBLEMS, IF ANY.

My Complaint had registered vide No. [protected] on June 19, 2011. bust sorry to say that after 63 days, NO response given by BNSL Sector 19, Noida although I follow up with SDO / DGM Office Sector 19.

I fully agree with the above complaint. My telephone number[protected] has not been working since 24 Sep 2011. I tried to make a complaint on 24 09 2011 on the complaint number198. There was no response from the number during the whole day. Then I went to sector 19 exchange and informed the customer care cell. The person sitting there told me that since I stayed in Sector 25 my complaint should be lodged with the SDO who sits in sector 24. He gave me the SDO's numberas which was[protected]. I rang up the number and informed the person who picked up the phone about the non availability of service on my number. The person told me that there were more than two hundred connections in that sector which were effected but promised me that the complaint is being attended to soon. Since 24 September I am without the telephone service on my land line and only managing through my Reliance mobile service. In spite of repeated reminders the phone has not been attended to till todate i.e 04 October. The BSNL service in Noida which otherwise is becoming a beteer place to live (thanks to Mayavati ji's efforts to upgrade the infrastructure to better than even Delhi) is really poor. Some one has to do something to improve the BSNL service which is becoming like all other Central Govt. Services.

The telephone No.[protected] provided to JSSATE-STEP, Noida in Sector 62 is not working for past one month. Every day we are provided a new complaint no. and the old complaint is dropped without resolving it. Please tell how to get our complaint resolved. Contact us on [protected].

sir. a company handygo has charged rs30 for no reason on the number [protected] . i had not subscribed for it & still they charged it. please help & deactivate it

on my mobile no. [protected] there is a chalisa pack which i did not subscribe. it charges rs10 per month, but there is no chalisa. i don't need it & deactivate it

Dear Sir,

Our Land line Phone No:[protected] has been dead since last 25 days, I have register the complaint on 01.08.2012 regarding this to Customer care Number 2441500, but no one has come to attend the problem and still phone is out order. Now the customer care staff said that the complaint is rejected by some technical problem. I have again registered another complaint. But no response from BSNL.

So please solve my problem as soon as possible.

hi i am mange ram bhardwaj from noida since 5 jan 2014 my bsnl landline phone and bsnl internet is not working, i had made several complaints but it is of no use, i want to take them to consumer court, because of this company and offcourse there employes(unproductive) i hhave been suffering financial losses and mental stress too...my phone no. is[protected]
