i am from lucknow, u.p my post paid mobile number-[protected] i have taken plan-325 for past few months i am forsed to pay bill to the tune of above rs-800 ihave called out side network circle or land line and last month please issue intmeazd bill detail of every month i have been mantly excuseted please do some thing into this problem devendra kumar singh

sir, I am Pradip Kumar Acharya (mob. no. [protected]) not receiving the postpaid bill regularly for which I have compelled to deposit the bill amount at a time for 2 months with fine.The verbal appeal or request have no result in the bsnl office at MALDA, WEST BENGAL.the standard of consumer service not up to the mark of expectation of consumer.The corrective measure to be taken for better service.

how can i get bill details after every my outgoing call.postpaid connection is there any way for that?

I am having BSNL Post Paid No.[protected]. I am living in bangalore. I am not getting my bills neither through post or mail and network also very power. Please do the needful.

sir this my no.[protected] is on the name of biswanath sahoo, stolen before 3-4 months
and now that is billed upto 11000 which is diducted from my brothers salery.so pls am reqestin u for the details of calls.

BSNL Prepaid (Student plan) — Billing Problem

I , Prabhat Kr Mishra, Subscriber of bsnl prepaid service in Jharkhand Telecom Circle, having problem with the billing. In Roaming it deduct 1.75 (Incoming) & 2.40 (Outgoing). Local call 1.50 & STD 2.00.
But now a days almost all mobile operator offer call at .50 /min. Its too much for us. When I address the prob to the office they didnot provide any solution.

i am from west bengal.my number is [protected].i have some complain against bsnl service.i am a post paid customer.my plan is 249 students plan.but i have face many problem.in last three bill i have seen that bsnl has charged msg sending to bsnl network which is free in this plan.and mobile browsing is also free 20 mb.but i have seen that bsnl have charged for mobile browsing.i have complain for this.but bsnl does not take any stap for this.please do something about this problem.i am really fade up for this attitude.
