Bsnl (Prepaid) — Change tariff without information

we purchase two BSNL SIM before two year.
they offer add two bsnl no. @ .10/-paisa per min.
But affter few day BSNL charge .20/-pasia per min. without information.

we purchased SIM due two .10/-paisa offer.

We call its cheating with customer, bcz they remove offer affter Sale of Connection.
So but is the mining off offer

I have BSNL mobile no.[protected]. I have never subscribed for getting messages from 53030. I still get messages from Nipun 53030 and they renew my subscription for the same without my consent. I sent messages to them like- " unsubscribe" " I am not interested" etc but get the reply- " unvalid keyword". Then a message to help gave the code of subscribing services only. Kindly get the messages unsubscribed or send the code for unsubscribing the messages received from NIPUN-53030.

BSNL Prepaid Mobile — Caller tune deactivation

Dear Sir/Madam,

I request you to deactvate my caller tune from prepaid connection vide no. [protected]. As I failed to remove it via SMS o[censored]NSUBSCRIBE.

Kindly do the needful at your end to remove the same and save me from further financial losses.

BSNL is one of the fraud company in India. I experenced more time. So I suggest it is better that to change the BSNL to other mobile company. BSNL company is like big stone.

I want to unsubscribe shayari SMS services offered by 53030 but not been able due to non aviaability of key word for the same.

This SMS service not even seek my consent for to be continued to next month and the amount is automatically deducted (though the subscription is for month).

Please remove the service from [protected] or send me the details of removal.
