My broad band connection under Rs.850/- unlimited home plan through telephone No.[protected] has not been working for the past 14 days. Complaint with BSNL office, technician, not responded. This is not the 1st problem being faced. The internet connections are not working for more than 10 days every month. I became tired after having struggled with BSNL authorities. I have been paying waste bill for the broad band connection not working properly. So, I want to get terminated my connection. The Hon'ble Consumer Court may kindly be pleased to take action against the concerned authorities and my broad band connection may kindly be arranged to be disconnection since I don't want to be a victim among others by the worst BSNL service.

BSNL Broadband — not recharge

Prepaid Mobile Recharge yet not done

Hello Mam/ Sir,
This is in reference to the payment not done for the Prepaid Mobile Recharge for my number -[protected] on apr 20, 2009 of 150.00 Rs. But till noe netiher the recharge is not done nor I received any message. Here is the Payment details:

I have a broad band connection in Madanapalle, Chittoor dist, Andhra.

Problem is its getting disconnected every 5 min.I have complained about this issue in the local office but no use.Its been like this for past 15 days.Kindly let me know whom to complain and try to solve this issue if possible.

    On 29 Jul 13 I made two top up recharges from BSNL portal on the above number for which transaction was failed. But the amount was deducted from my bank account. Transaction ID are MSBI[protected] IGK5392035 TRANSFER TO[protected] for Rs 100/- at 0754 hrs & MSBI[protected] IGK5390806 TRANSFER TO[protected] for Rs 200/- at 0740 hrs . Please initiate action on refund of the amount to my bank account. Thanks

      I have repeatedly complained to BSNL customer care to deactivate the messenger chat service. Rs 15 is being deducted from my prepaid number every 15 days. I get a response that the service is deactivated and DND activated for my number.

      But in reality, no service is deactivated from my number. Very poor customer service from BSNL

        Bsnl started value added services on its own accord without being subscribed by me.when i called customer service they assured me that they have put on a request to stop these services. they deducted balance from my phone despite the fact that i had not subscribed for those services.when asked for refund they refused.
        After that on 28th june,2013 i again received message that Rs. 20 were being deducted from my account for another service which i had not subscribed to. I called customer care & again appraised them of the situation.i received a message from BSNL that my complaint has been booked and its no. was G09HR302954. I was again assured that a request has been put for stopping these services.
        On 9th July, 2013 i again received message that more amount was deducted for another multiple services i didnt subscribe. I again called customer care and told them what has happened.They again feined that they have booked my complaint and its docket no. is G09HR301427. between the customer care representatives repeatedly refuse to let me talk to any of their superiors.
        And now again today that is 30 th july i received an sms saying more money was deducted from my account of those services of which i had complained & were supposedly stopped by BSNL. And when i called them, they as usual registered my complaint but did nothing. these people were rude to me and repeatedly refuse to refund me the money.When i asked to talk to their supervisor they refused.
        I am an unemployed girl. Each paisa is extremely valuable to me. This doesnt only giving me hard time monetary but also mentally as its increasing my burden o[censored]nemployment.

        BSNL — Regarding deduct balance

        I have BSNL Pre-paid mobile connection No. [protected]. On date 20-8-09 rs. 25 deducted with any reason. I have also contact customer care but he has not given any satisfactory reply in this regard. Please rectify my problem other wise I complaint in consumer court.

        I getting your service from BSNL for long time but now what happens it get interrupted many time & [protected] one of my BSNL mobile no i have registered my complaint against this No. that the BSNL Co. deduct my 2Rs. 4Rs. any of like that for per SMS actually i have recharged with sms pack even they do like this absurdness i have register complaint against this the complaint No. is 3426497 Dated 13 November 2009 time 03.13pm at Pune customer care but instead of solve this they cut my service & my no get automatically close i can not call & received why are the big good BSNL Co. do that

        BSNL — Balance deducted by using message.

        Dear Sir,
        I am the consumer of BSNL bearing Mobile No-[protected].While I am charging my account, I find some of balance debited by BSNL by using unusual or unnecessary messages / calls.I was totally shocked while I checked my balance on dtd.13.10.2010 which was deduted by BSNL of Rs.30/ by sending message "Thanks for using chat messenger.Your service has been renewed for next 30 days.Send STOPDAT to unsubcribe".As per my veiw this totally looting of money by using such type of messages / calls.The BSNL always deducting the balance without knowledge of mine while charging my account.
        Therefore I request you kindly take strong action against them by which they will submit my account statement for last 6 months for verification & credit to my account immediately which was deduted without my permission and further not to send such type o[censored]nusual messages/calls to me.

          My BSNL sim card is blocked. I called many time to customer care number but there is no response. Due to the sim block i suffered from the big problem. I cant make my important call. It ask me PUK number. and I also sent sms to 53733 with my 19 digit sim no. but still there is no response. I called customer care (1503, [protected]) and i diallled my 19 digit sim no. in puk option but it tells me I entered wrong sim no. or this sim is not from the maharashtra telecom circle but my sim is taken from (nashik) maharashtra. I always suffered from this problem Maharashtra BSNL customer care doesnt receive call at any time. you can check it. so pls help me..

          BSNL — no response to complaints

          Our BSNL landline has been not working since 14 months. evrytime we complain they send a technician who says wire was cut & he has fixed it, takes Rs 50 bribe. In 2/3 days the whole story is rpted. Past 4 months phone is absolutely knoked off, all our pleas (including complaints to manager) ia falling on deaf ears. plz suggest what nxt?

            I got this message after rechrge "There has been an overflow or underflow in GC memory pressure.The possible cause is unbalanced AddMemoryPressure and RemoveMemoryPressure calls"

            BSNL — Recharge through Mobile

            My complain to BSNL Mobile services is that I have recharged for Rs.112/- on dtd12/[protected] which has also been debited to the account of freichisee whose MBL no.is[protected].But to my surprise i have not recieved balance in my mobile account.I would like to ask yopuir goodself what malpractices are going on in the BSNL mobile service.Customer services had even gone failed to give me any satisfactory reply in return.I hereby give you a statutary warning in the matter .In no option I will have to drag the matter in consummer District forum agaist the officials.the reasons provided to me are not satisfactory by customer care service.Please try to avoid delay and treat the matter at mo0st urgent.

            A message came from onmobile service stating "Thank you for continuing Monthly Radio Subscription Pack.You have been charged Rs.5.I Have not registered for this service at all.When I called BSNL customer care reply was to call 12630033 and unregister service.When i called this number some advt were being heard and was asked to press 4 for seleting that option but i was unable to deactivate the service.This happened for 3 times both calling customer care and also 12630033 but unable to register.Help me in this regard.

            I am a customer of BSNL 3G Connection. My mobile number is [protected]. I have recharged Rs. 65/= on 12.06.2010. This recharge is to avail a call rate of 10 paisa/minute to local BSNL mobile numbers.But since then, 50 paisa/minute are being deducted for calls to local BSNL mobile numbers. Regarding this, I have lodged a complaint in BSNL Customer Care Centere ( complaint no. 5540110 dated14.06.2010). After that I contacted several times with BSNL Customer Care Centere, but did not get any solution. Moreover, the validity of this recharge is 30 days w. e. f. 12.06.2010. So, my appeal is to get the proper service for that recharge at the earliest.

              Dear Sir /Madam

              I would like to lodge a complaint about BSNL broadband connection ..
              We have a broad band conncection from our nearest telephone exchange but due to lack of monitoring we could not avail full month net surfing and downloading etc..
              Whenever we try to call our service provider engineer or operator he is given excuse. He has right to dis connect the line if we could fail to pay his dues in time .. I am fully agreed with their process but if he was not avail to provide service then it is also my right to ask them for a discount in bill.
              All time operator gives us story .. some time he dint pick our call or visa versa..
              I am paying full month money for net surfing not only 10 days net service and rest 20 days for stories..
              I do spend my money to make a call to him to start the net service but after spending time , money we dint get any solution..
              My concern to BSNL should provide all time internet..

              I would request you to the concern authority to find a solution for my above narrated issue..

                  I'm vineet chaudhary from District muzaffarnagar. My BSNL landline number[protected] so-many time I Called to 198 and resisted the complaint related to line disturbance and broadband not working there is no link light not stable on the modem. there is some frequent disconnection of internet connection. because of line disturbance in the phone.that is why the internet is down. yesterday they have close this complaint . but there is still facing the problem ..so kindly take the necessary action for this,.                   Last week BSNL people installed a new connection int he same building as mine. They have messed up the connections and now my telephone is dead for a week. I have been trying to lodge complain by all possible means but with no response.

                    we have given application for shifting bsnl broadband connection from Tripunithura to Chembumukku, Kakkanad in Ernakulam District. Tripunithura people were very generous and provided good service, esp. Mr.Gopi and Mr. Babu.

                    At Chembumukku, when we contacted the bsnl people, one Mr. Aravindakshan replied me that he would come over there at his will and whenever he comes there for his complaint works. the engineer didn't even pick up the phone. no customer care service i got in time. when ever called, i got some advertisement messages of bsnl and advertisement audio.

                    after all what is service meant for ???? the customer has to pay his/her bill correctly in time. only one-way service? no commitment to the consumers?

                    bsnl provides only weak signals promoting private service providers in the sector, cheating the consumers...!!!!

                      We have taken 500C plan from last week of May, 09.Though we have to run for every small details and have to do frequent call and then the service is available. But right now, our issue is that we want to change our password of broad band, since we have taken the connection, but whenever we will call they will just say, wait for minutes, and we will call you back'.and we keep on waiting, but no phone calls.
                      Then we couldn`t wait for their call to come, for the whole day.So, we stopped calling and went to office and they refered me 2 phone no. 1 is 2510000 and 2nd is [protected], but sorry to say either nobody picks up the call and the 1st no, if anybody picks up also, they don`t respond to us properly.They just don`t know how to behave with the costumers.On 26th August, 09, I called 2510000, and lodged my complain to her(a lady pickd up the phone) and again she says I WILL BE BACK WITH THE SOLUTION AND I WAS WAITING and waiting...but no call.Then finally at 2;30pm on the same day, I called back again to that No, and the a guy picks up the phone and don`t know how to behave.As he just took all details, and said caled me when you are online.So I JUST TOLD HIM THAT I hAVE SWITCH ON MY COMPUTER, YOU CAN BE ON HOLD AND HE JUST DIDN`T LISTEN TO ME AND BANG THE PHONE AND i AM trying to call them back and they are just not responding. Please we are not sitting for them, we have other works to do also. we can`t run after them but they are there for our service(constumer/consumer service).still they don`t have patience. its really very sad.Please see to my problem and I want my password to change as soon as possible and I request the bsnl costomer care service specially this broad band one that they should be dedicated to for what they are paid for.even they just guide us, we don`t deny to come to office but they say us where to go, and where to do all the work and solve our problem.

                          I have given a letter for disconnection, and I started a different server Airtel since May of 2013. But I been getting my bill regularly every month as of May, June, July. I paid May and June even though I did not have BSNL server. In July 2013, I got overwhelmed and frustrated and called several offices to get any explanation, no luck. This a day time theft and ripping off the customers, and finally in one office I was told that it only getting disconnected as of this month July 2013 and you will be receiving two more bills. I don't understand what kind of business is this. If the government affiliated organisation getting away with this kind of crime steeling people's money. I can't get over with the rip off system. Is any one thereto put a stop to this kind of crimes.

                          Past 1 month from May 1 Telephone connection has Noisy sometimes dead & unable to connect the broadband properly . i have register a several complaints about 25 complaints , they will close the complaints without fixing the problem. they gave a funny answer like below

                          1. Problem in Telephone system
                          2. problem in computer
                          3. Problem in Anti virus
                          4. Problem in splitter
                          5. cable fault

                          Lastly they Gave a improper answer " no cable Stock at the moment you have to wait 2 days ". almost 10days Gone, again same answer.

                          i have called a JTO name "sundar"([protected]) several times , he will not attend the call when he sees my Phone number .. sometimes he reply with funny answer i have recorded all the phones calls through my phone

                          JTO told me to connect the broadband without tconnecting the telephone & splitter directly, i don't get it then what is the purpose of the splitter ?

                          Lastly i have got the AE number[protected] From the Bsnl exchange who is incharge for the network. i contacted AE on may 6th, 16 & may 21th. No proper answer .i have wasted my time with the worst broadband connection

                          But they don't forget to send the monthly Bill without fixing the problem

                          If they Don't know how to fix the problem better Close my internet connection without issuing the broadband bill for the current month . I thought to launch a compliant against the Bsnl.

                            I have been using BSNL Wimax for a year. From June 3, onwards, we are not getting proper signals. I complained to the Palarivattom office of BSNL and they say that I am getting signals from 2 towers and so the modem has to be changed. From then onwards they keep calling me about the problem and offer to change the modem but until now they havent approached or change the modem. Its an unlimited conenction and I have to shell out Rs.880/- for having that modem as a scarecrow in my house.

                            BSNL — Modem

                            Modem not properly working since the installation [2 months back]. Presently not working and unable to get the link for the past 15 days. Complaints over phone, poor response.

                              I called to BSNL customer care(1503) on 24/07/25013 @ 11:53am and I was on hold for almost 1 and half hour without even informing estimated time, Finally I only frustrated and disconnected the call.

                              And I was able to hear the instruction in different languages other than Kannada even after I had chosen my language as Kannada.

                              After some time i tried calling again it was not connecting at all.

                                BSNL Prepaid Sim Card — Unsubscribe Caller Tune from my no.

                                My mobile no. is [protected]. I am from Veraval,Gujarat. Few days back unneccessarily caller tune had been activated in my number although I have not asked for that. Now after calling to the customer care ([protected]), they are telling it is not possible to disconnect it from their side and I have to send a sms typing UNSUB ALL to 56700 . & UNSUB All to 53733, Even after sending the sms my caller tune is not removed. Even if I have not asked for that why should I have to disconnect from my side? and after 30 days automatically amount will be deducted from my account. I want to close it as soon as possible.

                                  I had recharged for Rs.400 on 16 june 2013 listening to the AD during the call to customer care but i havent received the amount nor there was any communication done by the company regarding the failure .I have called customer care for the same many time and even logged a complaint with the supervisor but they havent refunded my amount till date.

                                      I have a broadband connection fron BSNL, my land phone no. is [protected], my telephone was not working on 19th of may, after lodging complain, they fixed it on 25th of may 09, but the broadband was not working. Since 25th, I have complained several times, even visited the complain section four times, but in vain. finally on 1st of july, they told me that I have applied for disconnection, and it has been done. To my utter surprise, when I said them that I have not applied for disconnection & demanded the application submitted by me (as they have claimed) I was informed that the request of disconnection was sent via telephone.

                                      My point is :- a) Can a service be disconnected without verifying the authenticity?
                                      b) what kind of service it is that can't be restored even after two weeks of complain?

                                      More over whenever I tried the local help desk no for help, they suggest me to contact the land phone complain, the land phone complain section in turn ask me contact the helpdesk.

                                      Is their any body available in the BSNL, which is the largest service provider in India to enlighten me on the issue?

                                      I applied for BSNL landline connection a month back. The connection is still not done. It really gets to show how lazy and inefficient are the people sitting in the government offices like BSNL. I am facing great difficulties because of this.

                                      She had seeked a job with working from home option with google adsense due to this broad band problem .
                                      She couldnot proceed further aprproximately she is loosing rs:1000/-day.Hope that, the issue will be solved in short period.

                                      08.we have been directed by customer sevice centre to go to dataone stie and enter to admin login with same password and reset our modem
                                      09.one officer of BSNL came to our home in person once and attended the issue eventhough we found no result...?

                                      Inspite of allour efforts we have failed to get our service.

                                      Mean while we have got our broad band bill no.[protected] for a sum of Rs.338

                                      My complaint no latest[protected] for your reference.

                                      HOPE THAT WE WILL FIND RESULT THE EARLIEST.

                                      I have been using broad band of MTNL at my domestic computer. This has been frequently eratic im my line [land line : 26301682]. MTNL's 1500 or 1504 are supposed to work 24x7 days.But, I get time to call them only after 10 PM after my office duty. They just record the complaint in computer and at last when call is transferred to concerned section, one cvan esily judge that calll is disconnected.
                                      VERY BITTER EXPERIENCE.

                                      However , I submitted no. of complaints on 198 but each day I have to register the same complaint and previouss complaint no.gets deleted from the MTNL record , without correcting the complaints.

                                      Now the latest complaint no. is 577 dated 11th Nov. 09. I submitted a written complaint to Sr. Eng., at Chhattarpur exchange.

                                      It is very painful to maintain MTNL's broad band with such poor response or nil response and erretic service.

                                      This might be a problem with the others - I hope it is not the same case with me. I had lodged a complaint with 1500 as my broadband service just stopped functioning. I also requested a wireless modem and I got a response that someone will attend to my problem in 24 hours. It is 4 days now. the longest 24 hours in my life. I work from home often and without the broadband connection - I am not able ot work which means that I will not be paid. Maybe BSNL will take care of my salary for the number of days that they dont turn up at my place.

                                      Also I think there is a huge market for training in the call center - nobody there knows anything in the first place - they are not even polite and they do not care about customer service. The service had improved tilla while ago but they have not been able to sustain it. People fell all over themselves to make me buy the connection and now they really dont care.

                                      I am not surprised - as it is BSNL is over staffed and under worked and then they have a call center which is equally bad.

                                      God Save India!!! from decaying like the BSNL has.

                                        This is Mahesh Shirali. I have a WLL number of BSNL, the number is 020/20250264. I have handed over the instrument and submitted the application for disconnect the WLL line ,but still iam getting bill on the same. and it was been told that connection will be disconnected and the refund will be done as soon as posible. so iam waiting for the feed back, or i have to take a serious action on this as no necessary action is been taken till date.

                                        Sir i have using BSNL WLL internet USB data card the speed of the BSNL WLL is good but in a month i get only 5 days or 7 days good speed in one hour i get around 60 MB of data but rest of the month i get only 8 MB of data in one hour and the speed in not continues and i get more error messages.
