I have BSNL prepaid connection with the no. [protected]. They have activated un-necessary services and debited from my balance. Now after calling to customer care I got a reply saying" We cannot do anything about this and you have to go to BSNL office to resolve this.
Please guide me what can be done to stop this.

BSNL GSM Mobile SIM — Continuous unnecessary deduction of balance.
Dear sir,i need to inform you that on 1st of January I have made a call of 50
seconds for that my rs. 12.50 deducted from balance. Again rs. 14.00
deducted from the balance for the call made for 58 seconds on
14.02.2011. No. service have been activated on my mobile no.
[protected].
I have complaint for the above in call center, they response that you
have any service activated for that the deduction was made. i have told
them no service is activated on mobile, but no response given from that
end. they always says that the server is down and no information
regarding this will be gathered. for further enquiry inquiry go to your
nearest BSNL exchange. when i went their they said that we are unable
to give you any information regarding this task.
therefore you are requested to look into the matter & oblige me.

BSNL Gurgaon circle — Broadband internet
sir, my broadband connection no.[protected] at palam Vihar,gurgaon is not working since last 20 days though the telephone is working ok. On dialling for complaints at 1500/1504 the calls are not being answered. kindly do needful to restore the functioning of broadband internet as early as possible.tks

let see the action first on my complaints
My Land line BSNL phone is not working for last nine months. Complaint No. 1860 Dt[protected]. During this period I contacted BSNL office and Higher officers in Karvenagar Exchange number of times. I have paid three bills in cash of this non working period. After paying bills again I registered complaint ( No 011710 dt[protected] as per their instructions . Till date my phone is dead but I am getting bills regularly. They are very prompt in issuing bills but do not see if the phone is working or dead.I contacted from Lineman to AGM complaint
BSNL mobile operator — providing wrong puk number
not providing correct puk number and asking for extra charges.terrif facing a lot of difficulty as the yerrif will expire within a week including these days of not working of sim. it's a process of making money

BSNL — very bad connection.
I have been using this BSNL Broadband 2MBPS internet connection from past 2 months and I'm facing problem from the starting, internet is not stable it will disconnect for every 30min or so, some times it doesn't work. BSNL people have cheated me when I booked the broadband I had applied for type 2 modem but they gave me type 1 modem but am being charged for type 2 modem in the bill. Even my land line is not working properly we cant hear anything from the other side, we cant even recognize the voice it's full of disturbance.I didnt expected this from BSNL. I gave complaint also, some one came from BSNL and he did something and nothing helped us again I complained then he says there is some problem in connection he can't do anything.
Please some one help me let me know what to do.

BSNL — Unsubscribe indiatimes subscription
Dear Sir,Without my intimation to BSNL, daily Rs 5/- is being deducted for from my balance for indiatimes subscription. I have not requested for the subscription. Please do the necessary action to stop it.

BSNL — BSNL 3G speed complaint and scheme change without notification
hello sir,I am using BSNL 3G data card for the last 4 months or so. As like other users said, the speed for 300 Kbps initially and now it is only 48 Kbps. Moreover, I bought unlimited scheme by paying money in advance for 6 months. Whereas they have issued a bill for Rs.40,000/- to me. I have also given a legal notice to BSNL Accounts Officer, Trichy. Moreover with regard to speed, they have cheated us saying that it is 3Mbps speed. But it goes only upto 48 Kbps speed. i am bsnl 3g user but bsnl 3g network very poor. i am request to the bsnl officer increase the network range minimum 15 km in my city.
