Non responding of telephone complain
I am public sector middle management officer user of BSNL Broadband, with the plan of 750/- and enjoy also the 20% govt discount the phone was dead since 23/08/2011. I lodge the complaint and also remind this mater to G.M. (Tech) sever times but the phone is still not working. During this period they also charged the Bill without given the facility of phone line and broad band to us . Hence we request to all the BSNL Land line user to convert his land line phone connection to private sector.

Bsnl telephone service and Broadband services are very poor and unprofessional, they never rectify problem in less than one month and I think BSNL users should File a case against them with Consumer forum and TRAI. There is a penalty of rs 100000 (ten laks) on the telephone company which do not provide proper services.

I have applied for reconnection of no.[protected] for the name of Mr. Shyamal Kumar sen but till date no action has been taken by your site. I have submitted all the required. Therefore requested to take action at the earliest.

We use BSNL landline in our office shanker nagar V V Vihar sector 1, the phone was dead we complained after so many request they come make the phone but next day is still not working but now 3 months have passed we have complained on bsnl ph no[protected] but still no body have come and repaired.
