[Resolved]  BSNL — Telephone not working

my telephone no. with std code is[protected] that is not working,

Myself Dr Dilip Kumar Verma, Senio Scientist, Indian Agricultural research Institute, Regional Station, Pusa, Samastipur, Bihar is having BSNL landline No[protected].
Since yesteryears November, 2008 my phone is sometimes working some times not. When complain is being made, theyu start weeping that here in Pusa Exchange there is no staffs, who can look after.
Now since March, 2009 my phone is totally dead.
Let me know what shall I do?

our telephone[protected], is not working for about two months, after repeated booking of faults in fault booking system and information over phone, the problem is still unattended.

when bsnl is very prompt in sending the bill for this non functional telephone including internet charges (which we too pay sincerely) is it not its duty to ensure the fault is rectified? instead there in no response from bsnl for the complaints booked.

My Telephone No. 27670013 is dead since 1 week my complaint no is ME47597 & ME47772, the bsnl people have turned up on 8/06/09 and said the wire has to be replaced and i have procure it.

Do i have to go market taking leave from my workplace for procuring the wire?
is it not possible for the BSNL to replace the wire and charge me in the bi-mnthly bill?

Ihave even spoke to your toll free numbers and they gave the numbers of JTO and Area Manager but the nos are either engaged or if connected no one is answering,

please help me in restoring the connection.

My Teliphone No Is[protected] is totaly ded at laet two month, please repair urgently beacuse i'm suffaring from heart deases.You must give compensation of two month in may-june bill.

For the last six months line is dead and complains are not attended.

Till now payments are mode promptly; But Services of BSNL is Very Worst.

If BSNL is not able to provide service kindly return me the money for the last six months.
