I'm writing this from Delhi. This complaint is regarding my land telephone line at home.Telephone number is[protected]. My mother had complained on March.& aloso complaint again at Thiruvalla Telephone Exchange.Till now there is no proper action from their side.
My mother is aged and they are not able to run behind these kind of issues all the time. Please take necessary action to solve this issue.

BSNL Thiruvalla — telephone & Internet not working
This is Jomy George , my telephone as well as my Internet connection[protected] are not working. for the last 3 days and faults are coming repeatedly every week for last one month.My Phone is under Thiruvalla , Theodical exchange.

This is to inform you that almost six months my land phone is not working, but every month I am paying telephone bills. Several times complaint to Pathanamthitta BSNL office & Thiruvalla also but in vain. Last Dec.2011, I sent a regd.letter to Thiruvalla BSNL office to cancel our TP line if not
getting continuously T.P line in good working condition. After that your technician came and something done and two-three months line is OK, but
again line is not coming and not ringing T.P. (If anybody dialing in our landline number Ring tone only can hear in Exchange only not Ringing tone coming in our land phone(house telephone). My telephone is OK, no problems. So, I request you to please depute your technician and inform to him to check it thoroughly your lines and connect the line properly. // This is for your information and further necessary action please.

My land line number in kadampanad, under thiruvalla section [protected] is not working since last week. When complainted to kadampanad bsnl office, concerned person respond is like he is not at all interested and telling that he cannot do anything .Go and compaint to thiruvalla.How persons can such be irresponsible. His behaviour was totally unacceptable .This is the reason why people are leaving Bsnl. Bsnl. Free calls and reducing rate will not help anymore. Please take action.
