trichy BSNL Useless.

my will phone no.[protected] i have asked for internet line four months back but until now I didnot get the line. whenever I inquired about this matter at trichy office, they are telling some reson. so i shall be much thank full, if you would please give me the intrernet connection as soon as possible. thanking you.

hi sir i have a broadband connection 625 plan.my download speed is very low (i.e)20 or 30kbs.but in pudukkottai broadband section speed is above 170kbs. i had complained many more times. but no response.pls tel the solution

"Inefficiency Thy name BSNL TRICHY" very much suits.My ordeal started with the delay in getting a telephone connection with BROAD BAND.They give advertisements saying that the connection can be given on demand which is totally false.When the connection was not given for a long time, I had to approach the Principal Chief General Manager and only with his intervention, the connection was given during August 2010.
The problems started- The instrument given was very old and gives frequent trouble.The Broad Band connection frequently breaks.The bulb indicating Internet connection in the modem goes off every 2 minutes and the connectivity breaks.

Inspite of giving number of complaints on 1500, 1504 and written complaints at the Customer Service Centre, yielded no results.

It seems the staff of BSNL are so lethargic and not bothered about the customers because they are protected by their unions.Till the govt. sells the BSNL to some private parties, these staff may behave like this.

My telephone number is 240080. Any TOP OFFICIAL OF BSNL TRICHY, can listen my voice and help me ?

my landline number[protected]. i am unable to seen my brandband account. psn no : try 60135. my activation period is not completed. but i have to login, it was not access.my mobile no :[protected]. kindly consider my request.

dear sir,
from begining (past one year) of installation of landline phone number[protected] not working and for past one month broadband net connection also failed to work. We lodged complaints several time by phone and also personally went and made complaint in local (craw ford) telephone exchange. but up to so far no action took place. we suffering without telephone and net conneection.
so I request kindly look in to this matter immedietly, otherwise we are sorry to say we may forced to cancell both connection.

my broadband and telephone was not working.internet past three days not work.but land line last one month onwards not work.telephone number 277388

according to my opinion, i didnt see such an irresponsible network like B.S.N.L, because i m using broadband unlimited plan, for more than one month i didnt get net, i made several complaints ..no use, but they r saying "we will rectify" for more than one month..also the people are not working promptly except few.without using net, how can i pay? so i planned to get some other network.good bye to this worst network.

My phone no is[protected] living in kumaran nagar trichy.On 31/08/12 i have given Appln for disconnection in the present address and Shifting of the phone to my New residence at Ammayappanagar near to kumaran nagar, But till date BSNL has not sent any person to transfer the line.
