MY BSNL LAND LINE NO. WAS DISCONNECTED FOR THE LAST 04 MONTHS. COMPLAINT HAS MADE FOR A NUMBER OF TIMES & I ALSO MADE AN APPLICATION FOR LOCAL SHIFT AT PERAMBRA BSNL OFFICE ON 17 / 05 /2012. NOBODY HAS ATTENDED TILL DATE. IN THAT APPLICATION I HAS GIVEN A MAXIMUM TIME OF THREE DAYS TO RESUME THE CONNECTIN. OTHERWISE IT MUST BE DISCONNECTED BY BY 19 /05 /2012. NO ACTION HAS TAKEN BY THE DEPT. BILLING SHOULD BE ADJUSTED ACCORDINGLY.

Sir,
BSNL is attracting its customer to posses a land line connection, But its service is very poor. In every week there is trouble in the land line anf BSNL authority are least concern about the problem of the customer of Berhampur.

my land line[protected] from gurandi near parlakhmundi in gajapati dist is not working since 24th may 2012. even several request to all the authorities nothing happened to be solved . bsnl authorities are not seriously concerned about the land line system.govt also serious only for cell system. i had written to berhampur authorities but no action. this is the fate of the villagers.in india all people will talk to uplift the villagers but inreality no body takes any interest about the village people.

Dear Sir;
I Prabhakar Pathy is the consumer of your BSNL Land line. My land line no is [protected] at college square which comes under BSNL SDO Aska. Since January 2012 I am not receive my telephone bill, Though I request to SDO BSNL Aska more than 10 times, Accountant BSNL Brahmapur, more than 7 times, and telephone talk and e.mail to nodal officer BSNL Brahmapur but there will no action till to date.Just you see the condition of BSNL specially Brahmapur Division.from January 2012 to April 2012 every month I have to go to SDO Aska office
and pay the bill amount without bill whatever amount he says, I have to pay.This is the condition of BSNL Aska circle, which consumer suppose to ever remember to BSNL.

      Dear Sir,

      It is to submit that whenever we call the number:

      [protected] or[protected] or[protected] or[protected]

      the landline phone says: "Please check the number and dial again."

      These are not free number but the charge is added in the bill which is paid by the customer/us. Please do allow these numbers.

      The above numbers are of KBC (a TV program by Amitabh Bacchhan, which is soon going to start and for which theses numbers have already been started) where the last two digits show the correct option to be dialled. We live in Bikaner City, Rajasthan, where this service of BSNL is not working. When I went to the branch, they said, it could be done only from the headquarters Banglore.

      Please allow this service here.

        Sir,
        I am staying at G-108A, Sector-9, New Vijay Nagr, Ghaziabad and having landline bearing number[protected] which is also having broadband connection.
        I have made written complaint so many times at RD center BSNL Headquarter that I am not receiving monthly bill at all but still I am facing the same problem due to whcih I am not able to deposit the raised bill in time which caused me harassment and inconvenience as the telephone connection is disconnected time and again.

        Secondly, I had deposited the raised bill vide invoice no. [protected] on 24.5.2012 but my telephone connection has not been set at right as it is working as one way. I can receive the call but cannot make call. kindly set right the connection immediately.

        Kindly take immediate steps to do the needful. I think BSNl is paying to deliver the telephone bills to the P&T Department so kindly make sure the delivery of the bills every month. I think the postman is the sole defaulter in respect of my grievance.

            i am a customer of bsnl prepaid i had portout my sim in bsnl from vodafone near the month of february starting but after some time i felt that my sim is not working properly that have facing a lot proble of signal but all other sims have no problem on that time when my sim is facing signal problem and this temporary problems occuars me a lot problem to me a many times
            please help me
            the was very poor service and net was very slow and not connect... and very net problem
            I am a customer of BSNL prepaid service. My Mobile no-[protected] and SIM No[protected]-0714 is facing no signal where as my other BSNL prepaid mobile is working properly. I have switched OFF/ON and replaced in other hand set but not success . Help me please.

              We are the BSNL prepaid cell phones users for the last 10 years. To our great dissatisfaction, some of the B tunes are regularly charging to our balances without our consent. Many a time We tried our level best to stop them but proved futile. To avoid these unnecessary charges for our caller tune charges, We shifted one of our phones to VODAPHONE.

              We sincerely request to stop these unwarranted charges which we never want or wish to have. at the earliest.

              Being I am a government employee, I do not want to go for private operators at any movement. But unfortunately the system of charging at your/ the setup for the charges of B tunes at will constrained us to go for private operators.

              We request you once again, desist from charging the unwanted charges immedialtely.

                Dear Sir,
                I installed BSNL landline[protected] in Sep 2008 and later started using Broadband from Jul 2011. The telephone wire connection to my house is loosely fitted and due to this many a time it has broken and the connection had got disconnected. Few days back the same thing had happened and I had to fix it temporarily as my child's exam result was nearing. Though I have complained many a time , there is no response from them. Last day when I requested them to rectify it, the reply was "Once connection is OK then what's the need to rectify". Though Past many years I have been requesting them to solve the problem by laying it underground. For this they say " they dont have the required materials".

                  I am having telephone connection at my residence from BSNL. As per standing instruction, bills are regularly being
                  debited to my Bank a/c. since last more than two years i.e. I am ECS subscriber. Today I have received a bill for my telephone no.[protected] showing previous balance of Rs.865.84 and penalty of Rs.15.39 for late payment. I fail to understand when all the previous bills are debited to my a/c. as per the bill amount, how this previous balance has arisen and when all the payments were paid on what grounds BSNL has slapped a penalty for late payment.

                  I would also like to register the protest against the billing system of BSNL and the bills provided to the customers which in no way giving clear picture about the charges billed. Even after considering charges and discounts shown
                  on the bill, the total payable amount does not tally.

                  U Telecom — Excessive billing

                  I have been U telecom customer since 2 years. with Relation ship no: 261015.

                  My problem started since Feb 2009 when i changed my House. I requested for the House move to them and paid the 500 Rs fee for that.
                  I requested them to change on or after 15 march. they disconnected my services on 15 March and did not installed till 20 April. During this period there was no of call and communication was held with U telecom customer care. Finalyy after 1 month i got the connection but a bill of that period as well which they promised to waive off as the installation was not done. Till now this wave off is not been done. Everymonth on 15 my connection is disconnected and then i have to remind them of the wavier and then only after 2 days they restart it.

                  The services provided at U telecom is really as they dont even entertain the customers.
                  When the amount is being paid directly by ECS system, your responsibility is to maintain the balance in the account..Assuming your account has balance, the question of late payment, part payment don't arise.There may be delay on the part of their banker in executing the ECS for which you are not responsible..You may issue warning to them

                    I am a subscriber of BSNL landline and broadband service. My telephone
                    number is[protected].

                    My broadband connection has started from 30.09.2010 in 299.00 schemes.
                    My modem was in free service. I have applied for new modem (rental
                    basis) on 27.02.2012. But the telephone bill I had excess bill amount
                    for the Bill period from 01/02/2012 to 29/02/2012. My Bill amount is
                    always around Rs 340.00. My last bill amount was 660.00 for the Bill
                    period from 01/01/2012 to 31/01/2012. I can’t pay the excess bill
                    amount. Now kindly take action to send rectified the bill immediately.
                    You can check all my data record from Sep 2010.


                    I have already informed to all the BSNL authorities about my Telephone
                    set problem (It is totally out of service) and broadband problem from
                    last 5-6 months (Error No 678). I am facing Broadband problem
                    regularly. I came to Dumdum & Kestopur Exchange on 27th Feb 2012 for
                    complaints booking. Docket No: [protected] after that I have applied
                    for reconstruction every week but till the problem not solved. Now a
                    huge amount bill comes to me. I am seriously very much frustrated and
                    unsatisfied form BSNL service.

                    Kindly take an action for false excess billing and smooth broadband service.

                    I have already mailed you for the telephone and Broadband problem & Excess billing of Broadband on 27th March 2012 but it’s not solved till now.

                    I have complaint against the Excess Billing on 31st March 2012 on AOTR of & DE (External) Dumdum Telephone Exchange physically.

                    The AOTR confirmed me that bill be rectified. He check my data and details and cutoff the fess to 3201.00 to 880.00/- .

                    Yesterday I have got a bill amount of Rs. 3976.00.

                    I am not understood what is going on, I have applied for rectification of bill amount, and they have gave me receipt of application. Broadband is out of service from 6 months. I have totally fed up about landline and broadband. Are they serious and sincere about their work?

                    I can’t pay the excess bill amount. Now kindly take action to send rectified the bill immediately.
                    You can check all my data record from last 6 months.
                    Otherwise please cutoff my BSNL Landline & broadband line immediately. I cannot pay excess and unused bill.

                    i have use bsnl broadband service for 3 months.firstly i use the 500c plan but now i change it to 700plus.but the security charger of the old plan are also included in the bill of that(February) month.kindly send me the details of amount charge.

                    Issue: Internet connection has been taken on 21/10/2010.plan (625 monthly)
                    First bill received on 03-Dec-2010.I decided to quit the connection at that time only.
                    Non comprising speed of internet where as the the commitment was for 256 kbps.but some time the speed was near about 7 to 8 bytes.

                    Steps: After receiving the first bill i decide to quite the connection and handed over the modem to the concern department on[protected]. in between that there was no connectivity from[protected] and complained the same to the commercial officer.

                    Today i have received another bill amounting the same charges which has already been deducted on the month of Nov.

                        MY TELEPHONE NO.2860949 NOT WORKING FOR THE LAST THREE MONTHS. DESPITE A NUMBER OF COMPLAINTS THE SAME HAS NOT BEEN RECTIFIED. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO MAKE ANY CALL AND NO INCOMING CALL IS COMING. I REQUEST THE SAME MAY BE RE CTIFIED IMMEDIATELY.
                        The BSNL Telephone No.2385384 installed at Customs and Central Excise, Jaipur office has not working properly from last 5 days. A complain in this regard has already made by this office but it is still not rectified, the necessary arrangment for rectification of this problem may be made at the earliest.
                        Dear Sir,

                        I was resident of Satpuda CHS, Flat 12 A, 1 st floor, Navre Nagar, Ambernath(E) 421501 till 05 May 2008 and have since shifted to tDombivli (E) on offcially submitting the application in person for transfer of my land line no 2680479 on 06 May 2008.

                        I was assured that the line will be given within 02 working days and I have left to outstation for my duty.

                        The present address of correspondance is Pratibha CHS, B wing, Fourth Floor, Flat 407A, Off Agarkar Road, Dombivli (E).421201

                        Since then they have sent the bill for the following month but have not installed the connection. Also the store keeper would not replace the worn out telephone instrument but could give a old piece. The same is lying at the home. As there is nobody to hopaound for this very reason, we are about to conclude to surrender the connnection which has been part of our life for past more than ten years.

                        I therefore would request you to do the needful to transfer the connection without charging any further charges.

                        Awaiting a favourable reply/response.

                        Our telephone No.[protected] is not working from 15 days and nobody is there in the exchange to complaint. This is the unbearable situation. BSNL is taking care in collecting the payments but fails in work. Please taken care about the working efficiency.

                          BSNL broadband is a sad commentary of software capabilities in India. These clowns do not know how to make their own software work with different windows operations system. We the customers pay for their ignorance about their own software. Caveat Emptor. Stay away from BSNL broadband. It is not the people, their system itself stinks.

                          BSNL broad band guys need to go and work in some prvite company . they are such a bunch of jokers only eating our tax money and leading a lazy life .

                          For the broadband only I met irresponsible staffs more than three times. But my problem is still in the same status.

                          I paid, waiting and still spending for some other amount for my requirement means what is profit for me. I still in the loss. Please make it possible.

                          I read that, BSNL loosed its 50% of profit. If staffs still behaving in the same manners means you peoples will loose the remaining also.

                          Its been a rediculous service i have been getin from last couple of weeks. I have a broadband connection on the phone no 2545434. I have checked my usage before some days and then i changed my passwords on the dataone site. then from last 5 days my interne is not working. I have been calling and complaining about it but noone really giving me a satisfactory reply. Everyone is just giving me other's number and telling me to try to tell him my prob. I have gethred more then 15 numbers till now and try all, but no one is solving my problem. At last when one of the person from you told me to change my password back to earlier one, i tried but its saying Invalid Username and password, and the site for checking usage is even not opening at all.
                          I m stucked with a big burden of work as my net is not working from last so many days.                           Ever since the day BSNL installed Broadband Modem (SIEMENS C2110) at my home, I'm facing a lot of trouble.                           sir, i have complaint a lot but now we re suffreing this problem that we got broadband connection 02/07/2008. and internet line had been started that date but we took in home plan offer the offer was 500 fixed 175 call free and no additional charge and we bought modem cash, paid the money same day the problem is after 4 month they sent bill added the modem cost in the bill.we lost the bill of modem but we said see your bill book 2/7/2008.but no response.other during the 4 month after 2 month a bill came 400 someting second bill came 10/11/2008. this bill came 3100 something.then the fixed offer was started since 02/07/2008 then why came 400 rs.bill and why came 3100 bill according offer a month 500 then 4*500 =2000 and modem cost.first bill 01/07/2008 to 31/08/2008. second one 01/07/2008 to 31/10/2008.why ? wht is this all ? this is bsnl ? we r not setisfied with Bsnl.

                          My telephone number is[protected]. I was using broad band connection on this phone. Though I had applied more than 3 month, I did not get the connection. After very much effort finally got the modem on Sep 5, 2008. The person came for installation was not efficient. He was not able set the connection. Finally on 15 sep, 2008, I got the connection. When I got my September bill, they charge me from 5th sep. Then from October 1st I was out of Bangalore. I had return on the 6th October and found my internet is not working. I had given complaints to customer care. No help from there side. Finally on 27th of October I have decided to cancel broadband and I had submitted the application for cancellation in the customer care. But I got a shock when received my bill for the month of October. My bill amount for month of October was 7947 i.e. from 1st October to 31st October. Though during that period I had no connection. When I was trying my luck from their customer care to make the connection ok. In the bill it shows around 15GB download. I am trying to reach customer care regarding this with no help.

                          I will suggest people not to go for BSNL broad band connection. They have very poor customer care. Because of Govt organization, they have attitude problem.

                          After lot of followup with your local dealer, I am sending this email to you. This is regarding internet connectivity problem for last 2 months.

                          I have taken the internet connectivity with great hope but it became so pathetic for me now. I dont know really how to deal with the present situation.

                          Whenever I tried to contact and explain this problem to the dealer from whom I took the connection, got reply that some enhancement work is going on at the vsnl site and which is causing this problem. I was always told a new time line and it never met.

                          Its really spoiling bsnl brandname among customer over here. And why only here it will have effect globally as who so ever has taken this connection to be in touch with their near and dear staying abroad would get bad impression about vsnl.

                          Kindly look into the matter and try to provide acceptable after sale service as other company does.

No complain is attended by phone , I ve a doubt whether Customercare exist or not. The staff is always unresponsive and calls are either disconnected or put on hold.

                                I am a subscriber to landline connection for more than 15 years by now.

                                Telephone number is 2362515.

                                I did not subscibe to any add on services but surprisingly I was charged Rs 200 for Games on Demand, in the bill raised in January 2011.

                                I am very much pained to know that Public Owned companies like BSNL have also started working like a private companies, where there is no body to provide solution to your complaints. I went to the Customer Care Centre and met almost all concerned persons like Mr Chhabra, Mr Dheengra to get the answer or the redressal to my complaint.

                                I would be happy to get the evidence for subscription to such services, if ever accepted even telephonically.

                                It is requested to please get the needful done and pay the damages for deficiency in the services.

                                The said telephone is not in order for about a month, without redressal.

                                Looking forward to hear from the concerned official.

                                I am ready to appear before the officials whenever required.

                                  I have to bring it to your notice that inspite of various facilities/services supposed to be rendered by your service centre, Bsnl service team at Parvathipuram do not entertainment any complaints or calls. From last 45 days back I have called upon and lodged a complaint to say that my landline not working, Then I called Bsnl JE(bhaskar [protected]) and AE [protected] till date they are not respond my phone calls .then directly I am go to bsnl office but they are not give to any solution of my complaint they said it will take some time this sentence several times told to with me. These are only false promises but nobody attends to our complaints. If this is the state of affairs,every month bill continusly came to my house.still date no pending in my bill but ph not working. And bsnl ae je irresponsible answers given to me sir.i highly irratated.

                                  I hope that you will take suitable remedical action to attend to the complaints by your service team and I do not face any problems in future.

                                  Whenever I lodge a complaint, when I ask for my complaint number, they say they do not generate any complaint number. This shows that there is no record of my complaint.
                                  Expect to receive early and prompt action.

                                  my landline is bsnl and now since a month it has been just a dummy in my home. it is in dead condition since a month and we complained a number of times. There has been clearly no solution or reply from the bsnl. They seems to be saying in mind that " Why are these not moving out from bsnl????".

We have spoken to DET on 30.4.11. He was kind enough to attend my telecon. On 5.5.11 Dkt ID 10027112 and the earlier number cancelled unilaterally.
                                  On 9.5.11 again another Dkt ID [protected] was given by the 198 auto complaint. We are not able to contact DET, DGM, & SDE inspite of several telephonic attempts. Two very seniors citizens are in the house requiring urgent communication facility at the time of crisis.
                                  Pls do the needful on topmost priority to restore communication

                                    i start wimax internet service 6 or 7 month when i start the service the speed is upto 700kps downloading speed after two month the speed was decrease into 250kps downloading speed and now 2 month before the speed was more decrease now speed is 30kps downloading speed and i mostly go daily in bsnl office and he said we cant do anything for you we dont care if you want to disconnect the service According to plan 512kbps charges 900rs include tax
                                    Bsnl countries biggest network. Wimax in Punjab this is a useless service staff cannot support they are not trained I took the Home Plan, with a fixed monthly charge of Rs. 999 since may 30th 2010 it is not worked for more than 50% of the period every day you have to wait to connect as if you wait for water from muncipality in towns. I feel I have been cheated paying 3953/- for USB Modem + advance rent.
                                    My Wimax is not working for the last three days. Please do the needfull and reply
