I have taken wimax plan two days ago. but the speed is very very slow 10kb/s download..my mobile operator even give me more speed, this is the worst service i have ever got. at first they promised me 512kbps . Kindly tell me if any changes can be made or not. Your workers are exchange are very rude and impolite, they dont care about customer satisfaction..

sir i am also use wimax last 2 monhs when i purchase wimax than internet speed is more than 200 kb/sec but last 1 months this speed is decrease and now speed is 20 to 25 kb/sec when i complaint in bsnal exchange where i purchase than they use rude behavior and say we are not knowing about . plz help me my wimax wimax unique user ID : [protected]@bsnl.in & A/C number :[protected] & MAC Address: 98:f5:37:c8:fa:c7 plz help me sir ...????????????????????????

My rating is MINUS five STAR,
No one can provide any worse service than BSNL.
BSNL should be rewarded the highest honor for the practically ZERO service.
After all it is a government co. . Employees and officers are least bothered to provide service to customers.
They are only bothered about their salary.
I have YMAX connection in NRI CITY greater Noida. I have been complaining about extremely poor speed
maybe worse than G1, when all companies are talking about G4, BSNL is proud to provide G1 service.
In last seven years I have never received the bill, we have to go to their office collect the bill and make
the payment. Our PM is talking about cashless payments, but BSNL does not accept payment by credit card,
only cash or cheque.
No wonder it is running in loss. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SLOGAN FOR BSNL
