I have been using BSNL 3g data card for 6 months with the initially opted plan o[censored]nlimited usage for Rs. 1359/- per month excluding service tax. Recently they have changed the tariff plans 1 or 2 months back limiting data usage to 15 gb (anytime) for my plan. The billing is as said above till last month, whereas this month i got a bill for an amount Rs. 24,550/- which is impossible because my data usage is not more than 8 gb (according to my download history and log statistics in data card).
What action can be taken and how to proceed in this issue as i cannot pay this much. Anyway i have decided to get disconnected this today only.

Me too. I have been using BSNL 3G for more than 8 months now. I have never crossed 7GB. My limit is 10GB. I got shocked when I saw my last month bill of 12500Rs. I don't know whats going on wit BSNL. Now I realize why people are not choosing BSNL. When I checked in BSNL office, they said I have crossed the limit in first 20 days only which I can bet that it should not be even half of my limit. Going crazy thinking abt this.

Can any one guide me how to take this forward. :-(

    i have a BSNL Prepaid no. [protected]
    on 17th April 11 evening suddenly Rs. 5 deducted from my account.
    and then a msg came from[protected]
    and msg was:-" Thanks for using our service.To know more please click @ Rs8 http://wap.handygo.com/bsnlw/dfever ".
    i didn't understand why BSNL charge to me without using any service
    at that time i was not using my mobile that was on stand by.
    also give me bsnl email id for complaining
    i have tried lots of time to bsnl customer care but didn't get any reply.

      I am using BSNL Krishi Card since Feb.2011. As we know Krishi Plan have 1GB of 3G/GPRS free but when I am using the GPRS/3G it is adding in to my bill instead of free.

        Hello, My name is Bhadrasinh Gohil. I have taken Bsnl Prepaid Sim card on 04 May 2011. On the 06 May 2011 i have requested BSNL customer Care to activate one service/ scheme i.e. selected two numbers on which i can do call for 20 Paisa per minute. The customer care executive told me that this service will be activated on within 7 Days.

        On 13 May 2011, while i chek with BSNL, the same has not been activated. They told i will take another two days for activation.

        On 19 May i again rechek with BSNL, and on that day also i have received same reply, it will take another 1 or two days.

        Today on 20 May 2011 while i cross check with bsnl they have given the same reply.

        No one from BSNL is sure that when the same will be activated.

        Pl help me.

            On my mobile no.[protected] GPRS conectivity is stopped by bsnl service provider since last fifteen days without any reason. I had contact five times to coustmer care for same problem, but there is no any action taken from there side, they all had told me that my problem wos solved with in day but unfortunetly my problem is unsolved even after fifiteen days and monthly rental is going on.. last time I had talk with coustcare supervisior he has promised me for solve my problem with in 12 hrs..but it is still unsolved.Now what I have to do ?

                  I have been charged for Rs.1 daily at 3.00 AM and the message comes as ''Ur request for CRBT subscription renewal is successfull''.I tried to call Customer Care Executive lot of times but this damn BSNL call center but i didnt found any executive free to talk even at 12.00AM also.I think there is no customer care service for the BSNL.

                  I have been losing Rs.30 every month without any benifit to me.

                  Pls make me free from this issue.

                  My mobile No. [protected] . I have sent SMS UNSUB ALL to 56700 FOR DEACTIVATING BSNL CRBT SERVICE but still Rs.30 have been deducted.Also in a Message dated 17 AUG 2017 I DIALLED 56700 TO UNSUB I Lost my remaining balance Amount.Such things are are unaccepted from telecom giant BSNL

                    I took a BSNL broadband connection for my no [protected] in Sep 2010, my bill plan is BBG FN 500.I recieved my first bill for month of SEP after 4 months in Jan 2011 for RS.5255, which I already paid.Now my total bill from OCT 2010 to April 2011 is RS 28406.If I would have recived the bill on time I would have cancelled the connection immediately,but since i recieved the bill so late i could not do so.I also contacted the BSNL office in my area regarding this problem but didnt recive any help .I find no reason to pay the bill as it was a mistake at your end as BSNL sent me the bill 4 months late.So i request you to consider this and wave off all these charges .

                      Past year BSNL announced to take Examinations for hiring process for TTA/JTO and said date of exams will be announced later. I have filled both forms spending Rs. 500/- as demand draft. I studied hard to get selected and was waiting for exams date to be announced. One year passed over yet date has not announced by BSNL. I have checked official BSNL website for any updates. but i didn't get anything there. And now again after one year BSNL again announced for BSNL TTA exams for the month of june and yet date yet to be announced later.
                      Guys if you reading it take it seriously. I am not asking you not to apply. All this is for BSNL. if it sees this complain. shame on you BSNL for frauding with innocent Job seekers.

                      i have applied for bihar bsnl tta exams on may 2011 and yet not received ant detail about examination dates...

                      it is shame on company likes bsnl for performing these businesses...they are MANAGING THE FRAUD DONE BY RAZA AND CONGRESS PARTY BY THE INNOCENT STUDENT OF THE NATION.

                        i have one bsnl landline no[protected] & brodband connection 500c plan.
                        i requested to bsnl change my plan to 500c to uld 900 & i submitted advance money for this purpose at 12 may 2011. but bsnl not changed my plan yet.

                        many of time i call to (sde) mr. lalit ji bsnl haridwar but he can not respond it.
                        mr. lalit ji (sde) behavior is so rudley for every person.
                        mr. lalit not attend any call in his office. his office sde no is[protected] it is a goverment no for bsnl link problem or plan change purpose.
                        but maximum time they not attend a call. why i dont know.
                        so plese change my plan and says to mr. lalit that they attend a call

                          I am retired employee from BSNL. I have given a request letter in madipakkam BSNL telephone exchange requesting to transfer the existing BSNL connection to a new place named Karthikeyapuram. I have given the request on mid of febraury 2011. But till now no action has been taken. We have been calling the exchange and getting only irresponsible answers. Even the higher officials are behaving as if they do not care for it, when we submit a complaint. One JTO replied me one time saying that they does not know how she can get lines for our house. There are so many houses here with BSNL landline connection. I am just wondering how they can be this much lethargic. I have raised this to many higher officials also. But no action is taken till now.

                              Hi,

                              I have problem of sending SMS from my BSNL postpaid connection. When i called the helpdesk people,they ask me to change the message centre number ,switch off and on and then resend.

                              I called 4 to 5 times in 6 weeks ,and the same response. but SMS is not going through.

                              mine is postpaid plan 225.

                              Kindly let me know the resolution for this problem.

                                  I had requested to shift my connection from 23770114 on March 9th 2011 and till march 24th, i didnt get a new connection, I requested to waive my bill for non using the connection from above period and they approved it and the forthcoming bill, it doesnt get reflect, when i contacted them, i didnt get any proper response from Mrs. Suseela(Joint divisional Engg of BSNL in valasaravakkam branch). For that connection, i went to valasaravakkam branch for atleast 10 times in 16 days. Later i got a post regarding that I need to contact "Accounts Officer, KK Nagar for rental rebate"... Kindly justify and take necessary action.

                                  My telephone landline No.[protected] not working past two months. Lot of complients given through phone. No responce. This month I got telephone charges for Rs. 398. I paid also.

                                  Kindly arrange to rectify the problem immediately & arrange to repay the above amount to me.

                                  My telephone landline No.[protected] not working at Apr.2011 & May 2011. Cable fault past 6 months, So MVL Exc. JTO also send our phone No to AO TR WE IV But telephone bill is not detected.

                                  So kindly check the bill detected the amount.
                                  My telephone no. is 23783066. The Broad Band Internet taken thereto was not operational for three months from April to 1t0h of July, 2011 and yet, on the assurance of J.E at Ganganagar that the amount will be rebated once the connection is restored, I have been regularly paying the Bill, but the amounts have not yet been reflected in the bills of July to November 2011 and again in the month of Nov.2011, for about 15 days there was complete black out. For these reasons I have not paid the Bill for the month of Nov. 2011 and I have now received a msg from bsnl that it should be paid before 20th of Dec. or else the service will be disrupted. As it is, it is not a regular service the consumers of Ganganagar are receiving from BSNL. I would request you to kindly look into the matter and revoke the bill for the month of Nov.2011 and give effect to the balance amount in the upcoming bills.For one reason or the other the service is interrupted on a regular basis forcing customers to go in for other mode of Internet usage. The authorities shouldlook into this very seriously

                                    I am SHIBINA. I installed BSNL games on demand after getting a call from the BSNL person. He told me that it is free of cost and if you don't want this service, you can un subscribe also.
                                    But after installation, I found that it is not running on my PC because my Operating System is not supporting this software. I told the person to cancel the program. But he replied me that you can use another PC also. I told I dont want this service , but he again forced me to wait for one month and he gave me a toll-free number for unsubscribe ([protected]). And he told me finally that after one month it will subscribe Rs.200 per month. It is like a cheating.
                                    After one month I tried for unsubscribe the service. But the customer care person not at all responding to the call. I didn't use my account even one time. Now I am wasting my money every month.
                                    I want to stop this Games on Demand subscription in anyway. Please give me a solution for this problem.
