Today I got a SMS in my mobile No [protected] from BT-ONMOBL saying thanks for subscribing their voice news pack and debiting Rs.20 from my account. The no. 1255530 to deactivate when called only gives some recorded marketing messages. I want to deactivate any services or alerts from BT-ONMOBL or any other telemarketing companies for that matter in future, and lock any deductions from my account without explicit written authentication from me.-Rajendran Nair
