Buffalo Technology MiniStation — Replaced product in warranty was not the same as my product

My ticket id for buffalo support is TPA-589875.

There was a clear violation of "Consumer Guarantees Act" in the warranty replacement by buffalotech.

I had "Buffalo MiniStation USB 3.0 1 TB portable External Hard Disk" with price Rs.5879 on flipkart as per current date.
I gave it for warranty servicing and they were unable to fix the issue, and they replaced my product with "Buffalo MiniStation 2.5 inch 1 TB External Hard Disk" which at this current date costs Rs. 4549.
I told them that if you can't give me my HD back then either provide me with a better one or give me my money back, but they are refusing to do so.
I have called their support helpline many times but its just a waste.

I can provide the email conversations too as a proof, I also have my bill and receipt of warranty replacement.

Buffalo Technology MiniStation — Company not response

i purchased a USB hard disk drive of 160gb which is already in warranty but it is now malfunctioning. i want to replace it but none of the sites have the information about the support center of sata. even they are not reponding to the phone calls i am making. it is too annoying...

Accel frontline is only your courier dispatch company. They offer very poor support in terms of technical problems, or resolving issues with replacements. Customer service is pathetic, and I can see that everywhere on the internet.
