businessman — Removing of side berth in Garib Rath Train.

Respected Madam,

I want to know from your August Office, whether the decision of removing side extra bearths in all of the trains is as per the Order of High Court or it is the departmental action taken for the convenience of the commuters? I wish to bring to your kind attention that despite the decision taken at Government level for removing bearths from trains, Nagpur Division has not so far taken steps to remove extra bearth in Garib Rath Train viz. 2113 and 2114. In case this train has been exempted from the policy decision then kindly affix such announcement in train itself or publicly advertise the same.

It is expected that needful action for the convenient of commuter public will be taken at Government Level.
