Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that the drainage system / Rain water storm open trench in our locality is very pathetic and we have been living in a highly unsafe environment.
Regret to inform you that in spite of repeated complaints, no action has been taken by your service personnel.
I am listing out the problems as given below.
The sewage drain main pipe which is leading to the Ist Cross of the Layout has been blocked very badly, hence in some of the houses the sewage water is getting reverse flow due to the back pressure.
As a result, the reverse flow sewage water is getting diverted to the open rain water storm trench. And even this could not flow easily due to blocks in the trench which lead to sewage water stagnant.
This has worsened our living environment and there is lot of mosquito as well creates very bad smell.
I sincerely request you to arrange for the deputation of your operation personnel and clean up the area without any further delay.
