The entire area of Jaibarathi Nagar, Maruthiseva Nagar and other areas over the Banaswadi Main Road have not been receiving drinking water from BWSSB since Friday (26.02.2010). Persistent calls to Machilibetta service center has not helped us. And the reason behind the lack of supply is "valve men have gone on leave". The BWSSB helpline No. 155313 is unanswered how many ever times and at what ever time the call is made.

We hope the authorities will look into the irregularities of the department.
