Sir i would like to inform you that many people surrounding my area have done some kind of brilliant work to improve there needs. and this is hurting my needs, i don't want to be such kind of a person from an idiotic group. I need a legal document of NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE, and a PERMISSION LETTER to install such kind of brilliant work.
