BWSSB — Poor water supply

Dear Sir, For the past 2 weeks water supply to our House # 28, 3rd Cross, Church Road, Puttappa Colony, ( Opp to Annapoorana Apartment ) New Thippasandra, Bangalore 75 has been very poor. The line man does not open the gate valve fully due to which the flow is low with no pressure. Also the water supply does not last not more than 45 Minutes. Adjacent lanes receive ample water. Our requirment of water is for domestic needs and we are deprived of it and forced to purchase from private tankers. Please look into this complaint and kindly take necessary corrective action.
