[Resolved]  Cadbury Bournvita — No expiry date

I bought the cadbury bournvita and used once. When I felt something wrong with the product I lookd for expiry date on the packaging but there is no expiery date!

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased Bournvita pack from D-Mart Miraroad last week.
I love to drink this from my child hood.
I had a bad experence last week purchased Bournvita pack which is very bitter in taste.
The purchase bill & packing box with contain is available with me .
I want to log my complain to company to analize this diffrence and satisfy my complain by replacing with new pack or refund back my money.
I hope this issue will be taken seriously.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am serving for Defence Services and posted at Manali at present. I bought Cadbury's Bournvita from CSD. But to my surprise, there seems to be some adultration in the product. It feels me that sand type material is mixed with the product and while eating it, when the bournvita powder gets dissolved in mouth, some crushing type feeling is felt in between the teeth. The product is manufactured at distt-Nalagarh of Himachal Pradesh. I tried to call many a times the customer care toll free No. but all in vain. The No. either doesnt exist at all or is not in working condition.

Where should i lodge my complain now or should i directly go to the Consumer Court for the matter.

kya cadvery bournvita 20-25 year ke man use kar sakte hai.
pl. do not buy bournvita... it is all adulterated.. i lodged complaint both on mail and on toll free number.. the company despite advising me that their field officer would come and pick up the adulterated packet has not come despite reminders.. this is in the same league as its other product chocolates in which worms were found sometime ago. i am saddled with 3 packs of the useless and adulterated product..the company is cheating customers using its brand name.

I am living in Sydney. I have purchased a Bournvita from a local indian shop (imported from india ). This is not the first time I am buying this, the bottle was sealed. When I opened the seal, I fell a bad chemical smell and the taste is differ. I sent an email to Cadbury India, Austraila. The very next day I got an email from Cadbury Australai and they have asked me to send the photos of bar code, date of exp etc. The very next day they called me over phone and asked me to check with Indian customer care, hence the product was manufactured in india ! But till date I haven't received any reply from Cadbury. The shop guy said, he had the past experience on communicating Cadbury india and they never ever returned back! Any product can have product defect, but how they are handling the issue is the matter, and Shame on Cadbury the way how they are handling the issue !

to my complaint on 3 packs of Bournvita, their rep. came to my house, took samples and also arranged to replace the 3 packs with new although with some follow up.

This is Ramana A V my mobile Number is [protected], we have Procured Bournvita half kilo gram refill Pack from More department store in which after usage for three occasion first time and we found insect inside which we immediately today morning had shown to the shop concerned, now we want to know how this can be taken up to the concern please let us know.we had dumped the entire balance Bournvita to the near by dustbin for a middle class family Purchasing Bournvita is a dream come true and this type things happens we have decided not to purchase bounvita in future.

I have purchased Bournvita 500 gms pack on[protected]from RAMESH KIRANA SHOP OLD ALWAL, SECUNDERABAD-10
I had a bad experence last week purchased Bournvita pack which is very bitter in taste.
When we are going to mix the powder with milk there are some white particals which does not dissolve appeared and the smell is very bad. It is not bearable to smell and drink.

I had bought a box of dairy milk shots .I found 2 packets which dint have chocolates inside them .
