this is the worst consultancy i ever saw. this pplz r big cheaters and liars initially they said as that will b 1 year contract so i agreed and joined everything was fine till 15 days, after 15 days they said us that project is completed so your contract had expired and only 10 days salary we can pay, but we did not agreed for tht after a big conversation they agreed to give 3 months salary as per govt. rules. finally salary date came they did not put salary when we called to them they did not respond anything simply they said it's in hold and all. after 3 days we went and said tht ll give complaint so they said that salary will credit in ur account with in today v agreed and came back they put oly 15 days salary again we called tm but no 1 picked the call next day morn we went and asked they said that they cant put salary so again we said that we will register complaint so they scared and convinced us and said it will credit in 2 days but it did not came after a big quall they put salary in 2 installments. we asked abt another 2 months sal they said ll give every month so we agreed and came now already 2 months over but did not gave even 1 ps also. so this is big fake consultancy so plz guys don ever tnk to join this consultancy. All the HR, Management and even Technical team is fully Fraud and cheaters. They wont understand the students & freshers feelings/pain. They simply Loot the employees.
Its my personnel experience - Please don't join anyone to this Fraud company.I worked for cadMaxx in day shift & even night shifts, I did not get my salary, my experience letter and even my releaving letter also.
Management is not bothered about me. HR Team is telling that there are no records about me. I am going to Lodge a complaint against CadMaxx. I request all other employees who also got cheated from CadMaxx to lodge a complaint against CadMaxx
