A very bad Experience at CCD, Phoenix Mall, Kurla (W)
I am fan of CCD. But now I think I have to change my experience from good to worse.
Last Sunday I had gone to newly ingurated phoenix Mall, Kurla (W).
I ordered Café Latte 2 cups. The Cashier Ms. Madhusmita first told us it will take time as there are 5 orders before us to execute.
I said I will wait bcoz I really loved CCD a lot. But then I noticed after aprrox 1 ½ hrs we still did not got our café latte.
But all other customers who came before us they got. I mean what type of customer service is this I don’t know.
Then when I ask them they just say casually and very rudely so many orders and you have to wait another 30-40 mins.
Is this the way to treat a customer.
And finally when coffee arrived. We ordered what and what we got different items and that not hot too.
Its really sorry state of CCD, that they are unable to manage customers.
I have an advice if you are not able to assist the customer then please
dont try to insult the customer and dont take orders..
