Cafe Coffee Day — wrong amount deducted

Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that I went to ccd satya niketan on 24/07/2011 and my biling amount was Rs.344 but by mistake the amount deducted was Rs.3444 which is almost 10 times. I have been contacting the staff of ccd to refund the excess amount and there has been no cooperation from their side.

Being a famous brand this kind of behaviour and incooperation does not suit the ccd tag. This is going to lose the customer interest.

Kindly update me the status regarding this issue or I will be compelled to take a harsh step about the staff of ccd satya niketan.

I want my money back within next 2 days.

The same has happened with me. I went to CCD kalka ji today with one friend and
The total bill made was 232 rs. I gave a 500 rs note. And got return 163 rs
Instead of 268 rs. I have to immediately approach the counter for my 100 rs
They return it by saying mistake. But I don't believe as they r working wid computers. Which tells the right amt to b retd. Its all abt taking extra money
From customers by not returning 5 rs instead giving orbit chewing
Gums.y so ???

This is happened wid us many times. I request our CCD is to improve quality
Of service widout delayy...
