yes i am agree with these complaints


i rajesh roshan holdign vodafone no.[protected] for the last three years. since then they are making my bill wrong i did not take any action against them because it was just of 10 or 20 rupees. but in march in was a limit they make a wrong bill of rupees 1000 (approx).

i made so many complaint to their customer care but it is one of the most pathetic service of vodafone. they keep me holding on for 1.50 hours continuously. not only this but one time a customer care executive keep me holding on for 46 minutes after that he disconnected the line.

after that they disconnected my connection. i m suffring from then i have lost my job also just because of them.

vodafone increasing their new customer but do not capable of retaining their existing & loyal customer

sales department is doing good but service sector is not performing their duty properly

BIG SUGGESTION TO A BIG COMPANY FROM A LITTLE & DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER

    Vodafone recently introduced a Post paid plan called Super 150, In which the customer have to pay Rs 150 as monthly rent and gets a free talk value of Rs 150 for calls made within the circle. But the existing customers who pays the same amount under Talk 150 new plan doesn’t get any free talk value!!! Vodafone didn’t informed about the new plan to its existing customers. When enquired about the same with Vodafone store at chennai, they simply says you can change your plan at anytime. But they don’t have answer for why didn’t they informed about the new plan to its existing customer or why the same benefits didn't given to its existing customers, who uses the connection for a long period.Existing customers still pays the same amount as rent without getting any free benefits.

    i had buyed a vodafone post paid on 11 of march the bludy they had cheated me they said that it will be activated in 3 days but the [censored] of all the vodafone executives but i wont leave tis like this this is not my problem only all the peoples suffered from this thing im gon complaint on this they must close...
    i have always been happy with the service of hutch but vodafone sucks big time...although they make big claims of being 'happy to help', that's the last thing they want to do..i have been using a postpaid corporate connection for 3 years for which i paid Rs 400 rental and i got 1000 vodafone-vodafone minutes and messages free.When the company changed to vodafone, they changed my plan without asking me and informing me...when i recieved the bill, i realised that i have been charged for the calls that i made in the entire month...when i called the customer care, they lied and said that they had informed me by sending an SMS...they said the new plan could not be changed to what it was and that with the same amount of rental, i will now be charged for the calls that were free..when i asked them about the other plans, they gave me options which were even more expensive than the existing plan...and also - they keep on activating services at their own wish in prepaid connections and we have to pay for it...they refuse to credit the money bk in ur phone...its happened with my mum thrice!!!
    I have always been happy with the service of hutch but vodafone sucks big time...although they make big claims of being 'happy to help', that's the last thing they want to do..i have been using a postpaid connection for 3 months for which i paid Rs 400 rental and i got 1200 vodafone-vodafone minutes and 3000 messages free...when i recieved the bill, i realised every month that i have been charged for the calls that i made in the entire month...No proper discounts were given, (only 73. rupees on rs.866.00) bill when i called the customer care, they lied and said that they had gived proper discount, & they suggested me to order the details of bill which is charged extra, oh.when detail will be coming (inthe procedure of 1-2 month), customer cares said ur discount was not right because of old bill(only 2 months), So i hrassed in every bills of vodafone i will now be charged for the calls that were free..when i asked them about the other plans, they gave me options which were even more expensive than the existing plan...he feel heppy to hrassed the customers...!

    Vodafone post-paid — Cheating consumers

    I had subscribed for Vodafone's MobileConnect 499 plan which was quite expensive to start with in any case. couple of months ago when they launched 3G services, they had lowered the rates for existing 2G data services substantially. I was not aware of this and Vodafone also did not communicate about this to me.

    I was continued to be kept on the same old exorbitant plan and they did not even invalidate the expensive plan even when a better one was available. So if I had not noticed that a better plan was available they would have continued to charge me ridiculous amounts of money.

    Does this not amount to cheating?
    The Vodafone is only geared towards advertising and not made good for anything else, especially consumer complaints.

    It allows only 300 characters per compaint and that too does not allow simple anything beyond alphanumeric characters. Where do you live? Stone age?

    If you can't address consumer complaints, stop the shallow, nonsensical "Happy to help" taglines.
    Not informing consumers about a new cheaper tariff plan which makes the older expensive plans redundant and not informing the customers amounts to cheating. What you are saying is that if the customer does not come to know about the cheaper new plans, then Vodafone will continue to extract more money at worser service levels ?!

    And then you say "Happy to help!"? really?

      Hi,

      I am using Hutch(Vodafone) mobile from more than 3 years in Bangalore. But from last 1 year i'm facing more network problem with vodafone. I gave complaint so many times, even though the Vodafone people did not rectfy the problem. This problem exists in the centre of the city itself. I dont know the network in rural areas. There qoutation says "Where ever you go network follows..." but if i want to make a call or recieve a call then i should come out from my home and I should follow the network.

      The vodafone people are not at all taking care of their customers problems.

      I suggest the people who want to go for vodafone.... plz dont go for it. If the customer pays the bill late these ppl are charging fine for late payment, at the same time, do they give discount for any problem occurs? No, they never...

      I would like to know that how can I give a complaint to the TRAI regarding this? Any one can help plz...

      I had been complaining regarding Very Very Poor Service of Vodafone in South Mumbai and a continous problem with Vodafone Network of Call Drops which ultimately increases my Bill dratically high as i have to recall the same number again & again due to Call Drop.Is Vodafone consider there there Technical Problem and revert last Three Months Bill by giving Credit Amt as It was Only due to Vodafone that we Customers had to Suffer.I had regularly keeping a Track on COmplaints But always received the same old recorded reply and no sign of improvement in Network at all.

      This has reference to telephonic conversation Mr. R. N. Jha from our office had with you today on 05.10.09 regarding network problem in my Vodafone No.[protected] for the last one month.

      Incidentally, I would like to inform you that I have made last payment of Rs.3797/- vide Ch. No.669284 dated 01.10.09 against Vodafone Bill No.[protected] dated 15.09.09 for the period 15.08.09 to 14.09.09.

      Earlier also I have lodged the complaints two times over Vodafone Customer Care [protected] but the network problem still persists.

      I would therefore request you to kindly look into the matter to sort out the network problem. I would suggest to replace the SIM Card in case you feel it is required to so.

      I shall appreciate for action on priority so that I can get rid of the above problem at the earliest possible.

Before taken of Sim i deposited my all document to dealer which mobile no.[protected] name is Chandrabhan .My mobile 2 days run and VODAPHONE stop that connection. I again made contact to VODAPHONE STORE which is located at the Mansrowar, Jaipur and where as VODAPHONE STORE person direction i have submitted again a set of complete record deposited. The name of that person of VODAPHONE STORE is Mr. Nand kishore, which mobile no is[protected].So many request made by me to start the connection. My sim start and VODAPHONE again stoped. I went again the VODAPHONE STORE and ask about my connection. They replied this is my computer problem. and connection again start. .After3 days again VODAPHONE stop my connection. I can not understand why I am facing this problem’s. My SIM stopped by VODAPHONE five time. AS this time VODAPHONE stopped my connection .Why?

        Sir,
        I have vodafone prepaid connection having mobile no.[protected]. On 14.01.08 I recharged my connection in the Tariff Plan Rs.395/- and as per this plan I should get the outgoing call charged @ 30Paise in Vodafone and @75Paise in others phone. But till now they are charging Rs.1.99/-. When It get noticed to me then I have made a complaint to their Customer Care officer on 18.01.2008 at 9:22am. But unfortunately their Customer Care Officer told me that they can't do anything for loss being incurred by me and they do not change the existing tariff. Unfortunately, it is matter of their desparate cheating that they challange me that I can't do any thing against them for their cheating activities.

        So, I would like to have your guidance and request you to please look into the matter so, that I can get the justice in this matter.

        I have a tata indicom prepaid connection since july 07. I purchased a tata india calling card of Rs. 500.00 in the month of end sept 07. I called only three calls and the card could not be used due to network problem. Still the balance is Rs. 425.00. I called many a times to tata indicom customer care. initially they replied that the problem will be resolved within 24 hrs. but the same could not resolved in more than the card expiry date which was 29th dec 07. I was even said that the card expiry date will be extended but in vain. i approached many a times to tata indicom and even wrote mails but the same was in vain. in the month of january i was finaaly denied saying that the complains have been resolved.
        I can only conclude that tata indicom has cheated me and their words cannot be appreciated. this way they are making money and they are closing customer's complain without even resolving the issues.
        tata indicom is a great cheat.

        i have a vodafone connection whose no is [protected]. On 28.3.2008 my chat service is activated but i dont activated that service. So i gone to vodafone store and deacivate that service. but on 29.3.2008 they again activated that service but i dont activated that service and they have cut 60 rs from my balance. First on 28 and second on 29. Sir if i want to activate this service so why i deactivate it. i hav not send any msg or anyting to activate this service so please sir i request you to do something and give me 30 rs back on my balance. Please its a humble request to do something for me i will be thankful to you.

I didn't activated the caller tune. they sent me a message that your caller tune wil be activated with in 4 hrs. I am not a kid.i know how to operate the cell phone. I think they want to make money with this way.
        when ever i activate the sms pack, it will take 8-10 hrs for activation but vodafone co. great they deduct the 9 Rs for sms pack with in 30 min. after sending the message for activation of sms pack. why they are doing this. they are cheatinfg the people.
        & & & & & & plz stop to the calls from vodafones. i received atleast 10 calls from the vodafones.

        Vodafone Prepaid — tariff activated without request exception

        this is to bring to your kind notice that i am a vodafone customer (prepaid mobile service) who is very frustrated with the undemanded services they provide from time to time as soon as they come to know that the customer has got appropriate balance for the tarrif activation and on top of that the customer service agents are unhelpful the way they talk to their customers is highly sophisticated and unacceptable by any consumer.
        just a week before some sms 5 pack was activated on my phone without a prior notice and neither was any request for activation registered by me and on calling the customer care i was being told that if its not requested by me ill get the balance within 72 hrs. and no action has been taken still . and yesterday only i recharged my account with an amount of 150 rs. and today i.e. 10th september, 2010 118rs. tarrif was being activated on my phone again without any registration or request made by me. i just had a computerized call which was received. by me and i hung up without pressing any key.. and just after five minutes i got an sms informing that the tarrif pack has been activated on my phone .
        i immediately called customer care firstly, the customer care agent told me that she doesnt have any information regarding this activation on her computer screen and told me to call after 4hrs. but ignoring her request i again called up customer care and a customer care agent Parul received my call who started arguing with me that without your request or registration for the tariff it cant be activated and on requesting her to forward my call to some higher authority she started being rude and told me that she cant forward my call and told me in a very harsh manner that i cannot get my balance back and neither can she forward my complaint to any higher authority and moreover instead of listening to my problem she started telling me the benefits of the tarrif. as it is it isnt a matter of 5 or 10 rs. that i can leave the matter.

        i would be highly obliged i[censored] take up a strict action over my complaint and forward my request as soon as possible. i want the highest vodafone authority to take my complaint into notice and take the appropriate action.

        Vodafone Prepaid — tariff activated without request

        sir,..
        this is to bring to your kind notice that the vodafone services have deteriorated to a high extent....

        last month i.e. on 23rd october some vchat service was activated on my phone without any request sent by me. after i registered the complaint against it i got my balance back. and today again at the same date the vchat tarriff is activated without any sort of request sent by me.. and the charges for it have been charged... calling the customer care centre is so useless as the attendants just argue and neither they give any solution to it so i had to register the complaint here...

        i will like you to kindly take a strict action over it.. and i dont want this to happen in future.. i am fed up of wasting my time complaining for vodafone services... almostly each month... and i want the tarrif to be deactivated as soon as possible...

        Vodafone unnecessarily prompts prepaid users with offers in balance summary screen and is deducting balance when innocent users accidently press the call button after checking balance. There is no proper response from customer care. God save us from them !!!

            My mobile numer is [protected] they had charged me world cup 20-20 cricket pack without my affirmation and also they changed my caller tunes 3 times without my consent and each time i had complained many times and i have asked each time for my money returns but they never gave me and i want a solution for it.I WANT MY MONEY BACK.this is the cheating they are done to my and i want compensatoin for it.

            Vodafone — Activation of service without my affirmation

            I've hutch prepaid connection number [protected].
            A lady from hutch care center called me up and give some information on missed call alert but I clearly told her that I didnt require this service if any requirement arises than I'll active it.
            After sometime I started receive messages from hutch for thanks and all..and they deducted some rupees from my account.
            I just can bear this nuisance.I want my deducted amount back in the account and infact want to aware them that stop this nuisance.

            i am using vodafone sim card, , when my dad attended a call from anonymous number . he realized that was from vodafone and immediately he cut the call.. but they charged for that 48 rs.. for the activation of job alerts.. we did nt request them to activate, , when we complained to customer care, , they were saying your mistake. you would have activated the call.. but we were not in a position to hear a computer voice in our busy schedule.. always, they will call and disturb the customers.this is not fair. when we require any service from them, we will call and ask.. why do they disturb us?.. sir u may say.. do not disturb service is there u can activate it. they will trouble usand we have to sent do not disturb, , why we have to request them.. if we need any service from them.. we ll ask to activate...many does not know do not disturb service is there, what they will do? in travel, while crossing roads, while sleeping
            we used to get calls from vodafone, , , please do something...

            i can give one suggestion, , while applying for new sim card.. they should give these kind of options, what kind of service you require.we can opt whatever service we require, , based on that they can proceed

              On 18th or 19th of September, 199 Rs was deducted from my account for the activation of Internet Service without my postive confirmation. I received a call from your marketing department for the activation and gave him a clear cut "NO" as an answer as I dont have any computer or Laptop with me.

              When I came to know the detail about deduction, I kept on calling your Customer Care for reverting the amount back to my account. I had a talk with Soniya, supervisor Somnath arora and many more executive out there and did not get any proper feedback and at last one of your Sennior supervisor told me to write a mail to you. They kept on telling that withing 48 hours your amount will be updated. Even somnath Arora told me that within 48 or 72 hours your problem will be solved.

              I dont know why or for what reson your marketing person has activated Internet Service in my cell W700i, may be its the lure of incentive or may be he is deaf from his ears. I would have thrown out the person who tries to benefit his career by cheating and frauding.

              I just want my money back, thats it. I need a call back from your customer care as I m not going to give it up without getting my money back. If you want me to go to consumer court, that is also fine. I have got two no. of hutch(Vodafone) and I ll surely be throwing it out of my reach if I ll not get the money back. I am really very upset due to the way your marketing deparment has done their job. I would like to listen to my recorded voice (as you people keep the records) for proof because I am 100% sure that it is the mistake from your part. I did not SMS or said yes for any such type of confirmation.

When I am asking for the refund, they are telling me that they can not do that. It has been already one and half month. The next day the balance became 1.26 without me using the balance. This is the 2nd time it is happening to me. VODAFONE IS THE NUMBER ONE CHEATING COMPANY.               Today when I have recharged my prepaid vodaphone account with Rs20, and when I checked my balance after recharging it was Rs -3.               I had recharged the above mentioned mobile no. with 126 to activate GPRS in my mobile. I received a confirmation message from Vodafone at
              6:35 am showing: YOUR DATA PACK IS ACTIVE NOW. VALID UPTO 22.02.2013 00:00:00 AND BALANCE: 1024.00 MB FREE. THEREAFTER 10P/10KB WILL BE CHARGED.

              Then I confirmed the Internet Usage Allowance from *111*6# and it shown Usage allowance of 1024 mb. after confirming the same i used internet surfing at 7:30am . But the usage was deducted from my main account and an amount of Rs. 48.70 was deducted and a message was received showing your balance is now 0.00 please recharge your account.

              I called customer care but they told me that the your last balance is not updated so call after some time.
              again i called the customer care. this time i was told that the balance is deducted because my data pack was may be in under process and the balance can not be reversed.

              Then I received a message from Vodafone at 8:11 am showing HELLO ! YOUR BALANCE IS RS. -5. RECHARGE IMMEDIATELY AND KEEP MAKING ALL OUTGOING CALLS.

              Its not a matter of 50 Rs. by it is an example how the customers are been cheated !
              So I request that the whole matter should be taken seriously and my wrongly deducted balance may be please reversed at earliest.

                hi. there was a little problem with my SIM. I was not able to send SMS. Whenever i tried to send SMS, i get the message CHECK OPERATOR SERVISES.

                I called Customer Care hundreds of time, but they do not responded. they were not able to solve the problem. i contacted Vodafone outlet, they checked my Cell Phone, but there was no problem in it. The problem was with SIM service.
                Vodafone Cellular company has the WORST Customer Care in India.
                I am going to Switch to other Cellular Service.

                          I have been calling since 11am morning and asking about deactivation of outgoing call on my mobile number [protected] and 2pm in the afternoon customer care executive told me that the bill of 639 was balance and yet to be deposited and after 10 minutes i deposited the amount of 600 to my Vodafone mobile number [protected] through my credit card. After 3 hours i called up again to customer care than again they told me it will take 1 to 2 hour to activate my mobile outgoing calls. After waited for 3 hour i talked to the customer care again and they told me that there is still 1300 rs balance. All details provided me is in the same manner through which they have treated me.

                          I think i should change my mobile service provider because the services of hutch has been worst after becoming vodafone company i am using hutch mobile service since 3 years and for the first i faced all this.

                            Dear Sir,

                            As discussed with my lawyer Mr. Debapam Chakraborty, Advocate Calcutta High Court, I am writing this letter for your information & taking appropriate action in respect of my post paid mobile connection being no.[protected] as early as possible. In the month of November, 2007 bill has been raised Rs.1384.00 and when I go for Rs.79.00 bonus for five voda phone numbers. But the said facility has not been done and discount not also been given in the month of November, 2007 & December, 2007. I have contacted your customercare executive but they did not give any satisfactory reply. As such, please provide me the Call details of November & December, 2007 so that I can raise the issue before the Consumer Court against your organisation. Because in the month of December Bill amount raised Rs.1101.77 which has no merit. I want call details of both the two months i.e. from 6th November, 2007 & 6th December, 2007 I have already taken BSNL Post Paid connection.

                            As such, I am willing to surrender this post paid connection as early as possible and also raise the matter in front of the consumer forum for taking appropriate action.


                            An early action is highly appreciated from your end.

                              Hi,
                              i had applied for a vodfone postpaid connection.It was a big NIGHTMARE .A corporate connection and known as hutch.Being a brand cust., i have being using hutch for past 9 years.
                              I had applied for 199+ plan.
                              I had specially taken the connection for my wife who was expecting and was in lucknow.
                              But
                              1.The 1st mont my documents were misplaced by the company 4 times and they didnt make it a corporate connection.I had to go every now and then to vodafone ansal plaza.There were false clip charges Which shouldnt be there as it was a corporate connection.and some false voicemail charges.
                              2.then i had requested for a change of plan to 399roam on the 23 of oct but it was nt changed until the 17th of nov.during this time i had been to ansal plaza outlet for more than 10times.everytime i went they said sorry and said it will be changed within 24 hrs.but it didnt happen.line was disconnected in between ,i had paid Rs.1000 twice.....thing started going wrong.
                              3.All of a sudden 0n 28th nov ,my planned changed to 250 SML,for which i didnt apply.Where is the brand going ,is it responsible and safe.
                              4.Then now on my other phone i am receiveing abusive calls,
                              alngs and peole are saing me from vodaphone if you couldnt afford it then why did you use the connection.
                              I am fed up.everytime i say get the bill done in a proper way.and i want to see all the details and i will pay every penny.that i have called for.but not a single paise extra for the false bill.
                              even when i was in the hospital when my wife was expecting on dec,people were harrasing me for nothing.
                              I definately want to take a strong action on vodafone for such attitudes.

                              I request people to help me in the best manner one can.

                                To, Customer care manager

                                My name is RAJARSHI CHATTERJEE and my phone number is [protected].
                                My billing period is 12th of every month till 11th of every month. I recieved my bill for the period 12th Nov till 11th December in time, but I was charged extra 30 rs. for the caller tune.
                                But I never have that service and I never requested for that service. My bill payment date was 30th December. I got a call from one of your customer care rep on 30th and when I asked her about the extra charge she could not answer me properly , instead of that she was just rude to me. When I asked her to put me to her senior responsible persons to speak with , she just simply denied and after sometime she hanged up the phone. After couple of minutes I recieved a call from one gentleman from customer care and I told him everything. He assured me to call me back shortly but after that I didnt recieve any call from vodafone untill 8th of January. Then I had to go to vodafone store but due to short time and long que I could not talk to them. I just paid rs 500 cash on that day. My balance after that was 578 rs. which is supposed to be 548 rs.

                                On 30th when I spoke to that lady, i just asked her to put me through her senior authorities and asked her to send me a correct bill of Rs. 1048 instead of Rs. 1078. She didnt answer any of my quires, in stead asked me to go to vodafone store.

                                On 8th when I spoke to a CSR called Streesi, I explained her everytin and I took a reference complaint number which I can produce later.

                                Now my question and quires to you are:
                                1) Is that my fault that you made a wrong Bill?
                                2) Why do you provide customer service on phone, If they ask us to go to the store.
                                3) How can a CSR be rude to your customer.
                                4) After repeated call No response came from the Customer Care Managers Desk. Is He or She is aware of this???
                                5) After speaking with your CSR on 8th how come you send me the same wrong Bill
                                repeatedly.

                                Now Let me tell you due to your sick customer service my phone was not working from 1st Jan to 8th Jan. It was not that I did not want to pay the bill. My previous acoounts you can check. I had the quiry from CSR on 30th regarding your wrong billing. But you didnt give me the service and my phone was Barred from 1st January to 8th January.

                                So I would like to tell you that Im very much interested to pay my previous bill which is Rs. 548 and the recent bill ( from 12th Dec till 11th Jan). But I will not pay the monthly rental charges from 1st January till 8th january. You deduct my security money Rs 300 from the total amount.

                                You send me the bill to my office address. I would love to pay that.

                                If you ahve any quires feel free to contact me through email.

                                I dont need your service anymore from 12th of January 2008 ever.

                                Relatiosnhip no:1.19825586 am writting this mail; to state the agony
                                that i am put through by Vodafone Essar Ltd. which i am afraid to say
                                are not custoemr friendly at all. On the contrary, they are meant to
                                harrass the customer. I had disconnected the aforesaid mobiler number
                                on the 1st of November 2008 under docket no:[protected] .However
                                despite the disconnection the said no. was mysteriously reactivated on
                                the 10th of november 2008., under docket no:[protected] also on the
                                11th of november 2008 the company executives at the sion outlet claim
                                that someone using my photo id as a proof has reissued the sim card of
                                the said no. under docket no:[protected] Sir, I have been charged
                                rentals amounting to 1003.81 as on 18th april 2009. for the same.
                                Not olny that when i contacted the company officials they said that
                                the sim card of the number, has been couriered to my place. However i
                                was shocked to know that there is no proof of courier done to my place
                                for the sim card of the number. Also the company has no proof of my
                                visitng their store to collect the said sim card. I have been told the
                                sim card has been issued against my driving licence. I would like ot
                                point out the number had been taken by giving my dribving licence as
                                the proof of address nad photid at the time of taking the connection.
                                Also, i have given the company copies of my driving licence
                                many-a-times for various purposes.
                                The company claims to have made many calls at my residnetial address
                                and and on my cell no. the sim card of which i would like to point out
                                that i have still not recieved.
                                Sir i am really worried as i have recieved a legal notice from the
                                company Vodafone Essar Ltd for non payment of bills. Please do the
                                needful.

I went again the VODAPHONE STORE and ask about my connection. They replied this is my computer problem. and connection again start. .After3 days again VODAPHONE stop my connection. I can not understand why I am facing this problem’s. My SIM stopped by VODAPHONE five time. AS this time VODAPHONE stopped my connection .Why?

                                  as when i took the connection it was hutch pre paid,but u people force me to follow ur plan 444,that time u people commit so many things but i think ihad been cheated by u,i must say robbed by u,and after converted in to vodafone ur service has becomeworse than worst.now the thing is that when i changed my plan i deposit rs. 250 as a security,as per ur's executive's words this ammount supposed to refunded with in 2 months,but later on ur c.c.executivesaid-4 months than 6 months,but no response,wat is this?wat kind of service r u giving to ur customer...disgusting([protected])

                                  Iam Rahul from sriganganagar(Raj.) studying in jalandhar. I requested the vodafone customer care to migrate my prepaid connection into postpaid on[protected] forwarded my request to thesr local area representatives and they took all the required doc. and security Rs.250 for the connection and they replied for 2 days after 3 days i got call from their head-office that i need to pay a sum of Rs.250 more as my bachelor accomodation, i submitted it in their nearby vodafone store at jalndhar model town, after 10 days by being fedup i got the response that it could not be migrated due to company rules& regulations i asked them to refund me my money back. With in 15 days they reefunded me 250Rs. with a problems i suffered and asked me to get the other from the store itself, when i asked the store representatives they replied that it would be reefunded in forty days but the head office employees assured me that it wont be take this much long near about 10 to 15 days you will be refunded. They made me travel 15 kms. every day for which i have suffered a lot if i call them they doesn't response it. for near about this all went on for last 75 days and still they are not ready to refund me or help me.

                                  This is regarding my vodafone prepaid Mobile Phone Number [protected]. On 4th of Feb 2012, Rs 67 have been deducted from my main balance.
                                  When I called the customer care they told me that the amount have been deducted for the internet use, But in the morning itself i have recharged my number with Rs99 internet pack. After recharege I checked my free MB at that time it was showing 1024 free MB usese and then i switched on my pocket internet on my mobile. So my concern is that even though i had free MB in my account then also they have deducted Rs 67 and that's not fair. The customer care people gave me a request number stating that you will get a call from Vodafone within 48 hour. But till now I have not got any such call and the most sucking part is that I am not able to call to c-care as I think they have disconnected my number so that I can't talk with them.I tried 111 and 198 several number of times but I failed to connect with these nos.
                                  So Please help me out with this issue. I am thimking to change the service provider. Can anybody suggest me a good service provider in Mumbai.

                                    respecte sir/madam,
                                    hello sir am mr akash shah [protected] took a new connection from ur service on the promise that you would activate coporate full value 199 plan (30p v-v,50p v-m 1rs v-l,around 150 sms and 100 min talk time free) on my current number and the new postpaid connection tht i take.my new connection no is [protected].i had clearly talked to ur operators on 111 while taking new connection and even to the man who came to my house to give the new sim card but now when i speak to them regarding this they say tht they would only activate it on my new connection after a month. .now this is a clear cheating going on with me.one more thing ur operator says that the plan has expired a month earlier then how can u offer me the plan 8 days before.please look into the matter and reply

                                    Sub: Deactivation of unused cell phone no. [protected] and [protected]

                                    This is with great regret putting in writing the unethical methods some customer care executives are cheating the people.


                                    On 1st October,2007 Mr. Bharat – Cell no. [protected] / [protected] office no.[protected] of Global Direct, Thane Branch visited my office and started explaining the benefits of switching to vadafone phones and and convinced people at our office if they do not want to switch over to vodafone, they can still get the benefit of lesser call charges by simply paying Rs. 600/- on airtail cell phones, since vodafone has got some tieup with airtail and also get one prepaid sim card free . He also insisted and assured that I need not change my airtail sim but still can get the benefit of call charges
                                    .

                                    He sent one of his customer care executive to my house and I paid him Rs. 600/ in cash vide order form 693 dated 02/10/07. He promised the needful would be done and took my airtail bill copy saying that it is required as proof or address and promised from the next bill my airtail bill amount will be drastically reduced in view of this tie up between vodafone and airtail
                                    .

                                    To my surprise after 10/ 15 days I received two parcels containing vodafone sim cards which are still lying with me unopened. I contacted Mr. Bharat and informed him by mistake I have received two sim cards instead on one free card. To my horror I found these two sim cards are postpaid one and he informed me I have to discard my airtail sim and use vadafone sim to avail the facility of low call rates and other one can be used by any one of my family member. I categorically informed him I am not interested in using either of the vadofones, since I nor my family members wanted to switch over to some other phone, we are happy and got used to the phones we are presently having and told him to immediately deactivate the above phones and refund the balance amount after adjustments if any to which he agreed.



                                    I also spoke to various customer care executives and requested them to immediately deactivate the phones under intimation to me .

                                    On 28th Feb.2008, my daughter called me to inform that one customer care executive has come home asking for payment of the above phones. If you see my usage on the above nos. u will find I have not even made a single call nor opened the packets.
                                    Keeping in view the above facts I request you to kindly deactivate the above two postpaid sims and close the matter. I have been cheated and in no way I am going to tolerate some one coming to my house in my absence and harassing my family members. Please note I am not responsible and will not pay any bill amount claimed by you. I have also sent an email on 29th Feb,2008 to “vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com”


                                    And also see that people like Bharat does not cheat public and spoil name of reputed company like Vodafone. The above sales tactics of Mr. Haresh Bhadra and Bharat Tolani strengthened my belief , not to “TRUST WITH SALES PEOPLE
                                    I have also got similar experience with this stupid vodafone
                                    agents.

                                    Simply throw away any fellow knocking at your door for any kind of offer.In my history this vodafone people will never reply to your mail, if you are facing some problems because of their fault.

                                    i had made the payment of rs 660 in vodafone store (goregoan E) on12/may/2008 TID number is 17012020and still not updated in system plz do the need full as soon as possible . my number is [protected].

                                    Vodafone — No turn up after taking money for new connection

                                    I applied for the new connection with Vodafone. An executive came to my place on 1st May'08, took relevant documents, and an advance of 300 rs in cash as deposit/activation fees. I was promised that I would get the new SIM on 2nd May and that my connection would be activated on 3rd May.

                                    Despite many calls, e-mail complaints, I'm yet to receive either the refund or new connection till date.

                                    I had Vodafone number[protected], I had migrate to talk 249 mega plan in May, when i spoke to customer care executive about the tariff charges on this plan, he explain me about local m-m 30p and m-other network 60p and std v-v 1rs and v-other std 1.99rs, and i asked him how can i drop my std charges he replied by sending sms STD to 56565 and it will slash down to 1.30rs, i had sent this sms and i revert back from vodafone this service can't be applicable on my plan.

                                    After few days later again I spoke with customer care executive is pack where i pay some money my std can be drop, executive advice me there is one UP western plan STD pack where std can be drop to 1rs and need to pay around 35rs a month and it will take max 3days to activate, I made this request and the executive registered my request. After 5days i spoke with executive did this pack is been activated or not, the executive replied no this pack can't be applicable on the above plan. I inform but the executive confirmed me this can be activated on my plan. I asked them can i speak with your senior they replied no you can't.

                                    I just wondering someone can help in this.

                                    i m with vodafone pospaid from 26 th march 2007 on family plan in month of feb i had given request to change my plan to talk [protected]@80 p
                                    the plan was changed but again on 11 mar 2008 i had given request at four bungalows vodafone store to change my plan again to vodafone family plan, i was informed that the plan would change within 72 hrs but till 31 at mar the plan was not changed i visited several times to complain same regarding the issue but i was given some or other excuse was told that it will done as soon as possible finally on 31 st mar the plan was changed but as i moved the family paln i was chrged for nthr intra calling which should be free i again called cust care and also visisted the store i was assured i will be reversed the intra calling charges as i had two only 1 bill chrgs are refunded but the other number chrges are atill not refunded i called cust care so many times atlast i was lost that u need to complain at vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com but it seems that the link is not working i was told i will rec call within 48 hrs and i m waiting from so many daya but not yet rec the call now without informing me they have dr my bill form my credit card last the mode of pymnt was cash automatically it changed to direct debit when i confirmed they sais they will inform me in 48 hrs and they dr my compltee amt after several cpmplains to resolve my prevois bill disputes there are so many complains taht i do want to complaint as i think i m wasting my time hope some or other day it will resolve

                                    I have been trying to change my tariff plan from a group talk plan to 299 talk plan. I went to the vodafone store twice i.e on the 22 May 2008 & 20th June 2008. During both of my visits I was told to submit a letter which was written by one of the employees of vodafone and I undersigned the letter.
                                    The first time I did not mention the other Number in the group talk plan as I was not asked to give that number, the second time I went again after a month to enquire as to why the plan has not been changed the advisor told me that as I did not give the other number it couldn't be changed ( for this I was not even contacted for a period of one month to give any updates OR to ask that other number). I again drafted a letter and this time the other number was mentioned in the letter which was again written by the employee and undersigned by myself.
                                    This time the advisor said that the plan would be changed within 4 days and said that I will get a confirmation on the same within 4 days. After 4 day I called the helpline number on 111 to check if the issue was resolved and was told that it can not be done and the advisor took a complaint and said that it will be reverted in 72 hrs. I also received a msg on this with a reference number which said that I would be reverted on this on 1st july 08 by 18:00hrs and there was no call from your side.
                                    I had to call again on 111 at 2:00am on 2nd july to check whats happening about this and was told that the other number was again not mentioned on the letter submitted( which I checked while drafting the letter it was mentioned on the letter).

                                    Now I don't know whose fault it is but its getting totaly annoying for me. This is not the first time I am facing this problem but there are several other problems. The customer service of Vodafone is getting pathetic day by day.

                                    Kindly look into this matter ASAP

And i have purchased a simcard postpaid from your ghatkopar west office on 31/04/08 my no is [protected] i was told to pay RS 1100extra for the same number out of which 1000 rs will be adjusted in my monthly bill but after 2 months when it was not adjusted i again contacted your executive VIKAS KUKRIJA. who in turn promised me that it will be adjusted inthe third month but it wasnt due to which i shifted my postpid into prepaid and again contacted VIKAS KURKIJA at your ghatkoar west office to return my money but he refused to do the same after he refused i came to know that he is a historysheeter and he has previously cheater airtel to the tune of RS 2LAKHS and not allowed to enter any airtel office sir if you keep such type of executives in your office will it not effect your repumtion he will surely one day do the same thing that he has done to airtel please take some action ungrently.                                     This complain is registered a more than a month back to customer care executive.
                                    Yet no actions are taken, I am always said you will get your refund within 10 days...

                                    My name is Kapil Aggarwal i had purchase vodafone post paid card from your malad west Sunder nagar branch and i was told that if i want to convert my postpaid connection into prepaid one i will have to pay only 99 Rs to convert into life time incomming free and recharge according.
                                    When i went to convert it into prepaid one from Goregaon West Branch I was told to pay Rs.99/- to convert it into prepaid and to recharge of any mimimum amount and to use minimum recharge amount of Rs. 200/- within 6 mths. As my Prepaid card was activated i had purchased recharge card from vodafone but the day i had recharged, the same day card was blocked without even using the balance, asking to recharge again of Rs 199 for vadilation of 6mths. Why is that?
                                    Then why i was informed that i can anyhow in parts recharge total amount of Rs. 200/- within 6 months of validation and even at the time of purchase of card from the vodafone centre itself by your vodafone customer executive i was told it will be valid for 6months.
                                    If the matter cannot be solved then kindly close my card and refund me my total money of my card unless i will not pay any amount for my postpaid card.
                                    The customer service of Vodafone is getting pathetic day by day.
                                    Kindly look into this matter ASAP

                                    VODAFONE DUPED ME

                                    I was given wrong information about schemes to convert my prepaid to postpaid-


                                    I was told that randomly 150 numbers are chosen by the company for experimenting new service of location display on screen of incoming calls, for which prepaid is to be converted into postpaid first.other schemes will be-
                                    1.Disply of location alongwith number of caller.
                                    2.No clip charges.
                                    3.Ater a month if not satisfied with postpaid, all prepaid schemes will be resumed and security deposit will be refunded.
                                    4.After 2month if i get my connection converted into prepaid, number will be same and all recharges would have full talk value and all previous schemes of prepaid will be resumed.


                                    When i enquired customer care they assure me of the authenticity and told me that even if i was demanded some amount in this regard it'd be safe as the call is from vodafone employee.when i got my connection converted, all schemes turned out to be bogus and when i registered complaint at vodafone customer care, they clearly told me that you can get your connection terminated as that employee of our has left the company,

                                    After that i found that i'm unable to talk with the customer care at customer care line i.e.111 by my phone, than I call by other number i found that my number was on IVR i.e only schemes can be listened on 111 but can't talk with customer care executive, anyhow i got it corrected.

                                    Next time when i call their executive talk with me but instead of giving proper answer, he put me on hold for a very long period and than cut my line.

                                    Here i want to know who is playing foul with me that employee only or the company as the company has assured me of the authenticity of thet person as its employee and the motive of that person was to benefit company.

                                    I bought that connection for Rs.295, and lifetime validity for Rs.300, more than that havin that number from last 3 years, and now i've been duped like this.

Then your recovery executive visited my office and askerd for the payment . I told my dissatisfaction over the service and paid the bill in april and told that i donot want the connection any more . I inquired on 111 where I was told that you must take request No. wihtout it no body will can take action. Lastly I went again to same galery and met Mr, Khushal and Mr.Imran who did all the formalities and finally today i.e. on 12/10/2009 it has been disconnected. Now who will be responsible for such type of harashment. I am Senior Citizen and have been too much harashed with such type of irresponsible behaviour.                                       Hello,
                                      I have been trying to call from my phone with has a vodaphone prepaid card since the last 3 hours. i have not been able to connect to anyone nor is anyone able to connect to me. i stay in a hostel and its becoming difficult to use your service because of bad connectivity and connections problems as there is always an "error in connection " or "this vodaphone is currently unavailable " even i[censored]r moble shows full range.

                                      U guys are really useless, ur phone services have been going from worse to worst. Leave the business i[censored] cannot handle customers.

                                      its absolutely ridiculous that evejn after makin payments and submittin docs. there has been no service provided to me for a month now... n the kind of response given by the agents in the vodafone store (RTNAGAR) is really sad...i dont understand on wat basis they are recruited for the job.. wen they cant provide customer satisfaction or even responsible answers are not given..its been promised that this ll be resolved in 60 days, if not i ll ve to take this issue to a higher level...
                                      I have space availavel in bareilly for moble tower
                                      I purchased Vodaphone World Calling Card with Sr.NO.[protected] Pin No.[protected] in the last week of June 2013.At the time of purchase Your Executve Made it pinless dial. I could make only one call through this Card to UK and thereafter it has not been working.After the Toll-free Access NO.50318 asks me to dial the destination NO. I always get the same response that the dialled no. is wrong and/or the ISD call gets connected to DELHI Police Control Room.
                                      I LODGED two complaints on 31.07.2013 at 02.48 pm(SRNO[protected] and on 03.08.2013 at 08.46 pm(SR NO 2380) . In response to first complaint I was asked through SMS on 03.08.2013 simply to contact 111 . In response to 2nd Complaint, I was advised that your response will come by 07.08.2013 but so far I have not received any response.
                                      In lodging complaints I wasted my two hours as your three Executives including one Senior were not able to initially understand and comprehend the problem.
                                      It appears that the problem is unresolvable at your end since it is pending since 31.07.2013. Hence, Please Transfer the balance amount of Rs 224.7 paise to the credit of my Mobile No.[protected]. and response immediately..

                                        I have a Vodafone prepaid card (Campus pack).
                                        All outgoing calls are barred without any reason. I have balance of Rs. 21.51 and validity up to Jan 21, 2008.
                                        Still I cannot make any call or even SMS.
                                        Even the customer care number (111/ [protected]) is not connecting.

                                        my mobile no is [protected].i have got new vodaphone campus card few weeks ago and i have stored 5 numbers in my gang and still my 4 numbers are not working with the benfit of 15paise.this is ridculous.if the copany does not want to work with the skim then the copany should suck without cheating people.

                                        I have a Vodafone prepaid card (Life Time) which was only 2 weeks old.
                                        My all outgoing calls are barred without any reason. I have a balance of Rs. 34.76 and validity up to 26th september, 2021.
                                        But Still I cannot make any call or even SMS to any numbers.
                                        Even the customer care number (111) is not connecting.

                                        But able to receive all incomming services... I request you to please sought out this problem as soon as possible... Thank You.
