i am your 20 yrs old customer .my a/c no is[protected] in the name of (rajan gupta nad pravina gupta). we both govt employee. my wife operate this a/c regularly .due to ext counter we face many type of prob there. she visited many times for passbook printing between this period but always your printing machine is not working . she came back. it is not possible for us to go their regularly. so we miss entry from 01/02/2007 tp 31/07/2008. we demand statement every time but they told us that service chg will be deducted from your a/c against statement. why.
now your branch is cbs. whey we go their for any work they told us system is down.
come 2morrow for pass book printing
so i request you to issue me statement from 01/02/2007 to 31/07/2008 without taking any charges
