Dear Sir / Madam,
I am M.Alex Ambrose, I went Canara bank ATM Reddy kuppam Road Branch ATM ( Near Srinivasa theater) to withdraw Rs.8000/. amount at Last Thursday (14-Jan-2010).After
inserted the card and entered ATM pin, Amount came from ATM Machine. At that time, First I took
ATM card from ATM Machine. then It was go down two times at ground. Due to this kind of late, I
missed to take the amount from Canara Bank ATM Machine. The amount was gone within the ATM Machine.
But the ATM gave the receipts by reducing the amount(Rs.8000/.) from My total amount.But I didn't
get the amount(Rs.8000/.) from that ATM. No Customer care phones and None securities in that ATM
to inform my complaints. Again I swiped my card to borrow remaining amount (Rs.2000/.), So I got
the remaining amount (Rs.2000 only). So I didn't get Rs.8000/. amount from that Canara Bank ATM.
At that day I spoke with Citibank Customer care ( from Ekkattuthangal citibank ATM). But One Lady
spoke with no responses at that day. I am not satisfied with their speech. Then again I spoke with
Citi bank Customer care(from Anna salai) on Last Friday Morning (15-Jan-2010). One Lady registered
My complaint and told me that the amount ( Rs.8000/.) will be added on Monday(19-Jan-2010) to my
account. So Please add the amount (Rs.8000/.) to my account within that day.

I inserted my ICICI Bank debit card in Canara Bank Reddy kuppam Road Branch ATM ( Near Srinivasa theater) on 16th Oct Dewali Eve.
I try to withdraw thousand Rs but i got silp mentioning that ( Unable process).
But the amount is debited in my Account, So kindly lookk it to this and help me out.
Note: Residing in Bangalore.
