i have lost Rs10000 from atm, i was using punjab national bank's atm(eranhipalam, calicut, kerala)with my canara bank atm card, on june 2nd 2009, i have given written complaint to my branch(kakkodi, calicut, kerala) but still i did not get any response from their part. they have been told me to wait for 45 days but it is more than 75 days are got over...as a student i couldn't afford. can you please help me immediately ... my account number 55482, canara bank, kakkodi branch, calicut, kerala

service sector employees one should possess these qualities. However my suggestion is respective circle offices
may authorise any one of the staff member in the branches to
handle such compliants and act as a liason officer and follow up the progress and solve it within a reasonable time. Otherwise bank's reputation will suffer.
