ATM - No withdrawl but balance Have 5796.35

This is to inform I, Mr. Shanmugasundaram.I am Using Canara bank ATM.I used my ATM card to withdraw cash amt 500 from HDFC bank dated 8-02-10 at time 16.57 at Kodambakkam branch. The transaction was declined due to unable to give insufficient amount.but show the balance amount is 5796.35.

This is to inform I, Miss.Jayasudha.S used my ATM card to withdraw cash from Canara bank dates 31-12-09 at officers Line, Vellore. The transaction was declined due to some software failure
However in the statement of my Account, it shows the amount of Rs. 3500/- as withdrawn. I did this to just check if the transaction was completed or not.
