Net Banking — unable to access on line account
I am facing the problem on net banking . when log in the account the notification comes saying RESTRICTIONS MADE BY BRANCH , CONTACT UR BRANCH. Now i am unable to contact with branch because my job is in Jammu.So Please sove my problem as early as possible...thanksICICI Bank — unable to access net bank
Whenever accessing my net banking it asks OTP to continue sooner entering the password it replies like wrong password, if attempted again it says that it will lead to block he net banking account. Pls do the needful. Because of that i am facing several losses Hi,

NOT ABLE TO ACCESS INTERNET BANKING SERVICES

i m sandeep, from ludhiana i have internet banking passwords but i can't access my account there is problem in cansecure window, it ask me activation code but no any message received to me at my registered mobile no. the main problem is activation code, from last 1 year i am facing this problem but no any action take place, kindly help me to access internet services of your bank

I am Arun Sebastian from wayand. Canara bank gives bad service to its customers regarding net banking .Even though they have a procedure for opening net banking its very complicated compared to other nationalized banks.
Recently i applied for a net banking in Canara panamaram Branch, then after a week i received user ID and password, i signed the slip and returned it to canara bank for activation. they told me that they will activate it soon but still not got activated. I called some people in Bangalore to get it activated but they tell me to contact the branch. when again i contact the branch they give some stupid explanations like they are unable to activate . I ask them, then why they give such services just to waste customers time if they cant do it.Now i am planning to close my account and approach other bank. And regarding my netbanking i dont have time to go behind this any more. I hate this bank who had wasted my precious time. .
My personal opinion is this happens because canara bank employees are not professional enough to execute tasks and they don't know how to handle their system. And some staff in panamaram branch always un-polite and don't know to solve costumer problems)

I have applied for internet banking four months back, i got user id as well as password from canara bank.I tried that user name as well as password, But still is not activated fund transferring, again i contact the branch his guiding to try cansecuresupport. I have got login password, transaction password, verification code and activation code. But I am not able to access my account. If I open www.canarabank.in, I get user id and password column. How shall I use my activate my account and how I log in?

I had a problem with my Canara bank current account while making funds transfer. It gave me error " There are no Entitlements Available For You To Perform This Transaction ".
After lot of follow-up with the bank, the issue was fixed. The issue occurs when your account id is not mapped correctly. In my case, I had 2 user ids, first one was given when I opened the account. It allowed only viewing my balance from a web browser. For the fund transfer, I was given a new username (usually your customer id) and had to install CanDigital software. Hence, while transferring funds from CanDigital, it wasn't mapping with my new username. And so the error was displayed.
Don't spend your time calling customer care number. This issue can be resolved only from the branch. They consulted technical team and unlinked or removed my old username from their system and everything worked.

Net Banking with Canara Bank is my worst experience. Having NRE account, and not able to login and check my account and FD status. The worst thing is that even when I give email to the help desk, there is no response. Only option for people like me is to shift to a better Bank with a working net banking.

Canara Bank — not getting my fixed deposit on need
hi sir my name is praveen kumar, before one year i have fixed deposite my fund of fourty three thousand rupees in canara bank's rohini sector-16 branch so i could get my fund on need, but now i want to get my deposite repay as i have urgent need of money (i have to submmit my university fees before due date) but the bank staff is telling me that they could't process due to M.T.N.L strike.
