Dear Sir/ Madam, I have a saving account number 14294 in Aligarh( Ramghat Road branch) since 1997. Though I am not using this account regularly from the last 2-3 years as i have moved to BHU Banaras for my studies, still the account is maintained by me and my family. yesterday i went to withdraw money from the account and i was informed that my account was temporarily defunct. i submitted an application but mistakenly forgot to mention my account number, dealing person did not take any notice of it and asked me to come next day. when i went today(16-5-08, Friday) i was VERY SARCASTICALLY informed about the mistake. The behavior of concerned person was very rude and only after my persistent inquiry he told me to come at 2 pm.i have already informed them that i am leaving on Sunday. when i again went at 3 pm after the lunch, bank person informed me very curtly that my work was still pending. throughout the incident the behavior of bank staff was very rude, insulting and non-cooperative. in general also the bank staff of this branch behave in a very offending and humiliating manner. I AM FROM CHENNAI. MY SAVINGS ACCOUNT IS WITH THIRUVANMIYUR BRANCH.I TOOK HOUSE LOAN FROM THAT BANK. UNFORTUNATELY MY WIFE LEFT THE HOUSE WITH QUAREL WITH ME AND THE KIDS.NOW SHE WENT AND GET THE DETAILS OF THE HOUSE LOAN FROM THE SAID BR.MANAGER AND FILE A CASE AGAINST ME IN THE COURT STATING THAT SHE HAS RIGHTS ON THAT HOUSE.ALL THE HOUSE PARTICULARS WERE GIVEN TO HER FROM THE BANK AND EVEN FURNISHING ALL THE DETAILS WITHOUT ASKING ME, HOW I TRUST YOUR ESTEEMED ORGANISATION.I NEED JUTICE.IN FUTURE DONOT DO LIKE THAT.EVENTHOUGH IF MY WIFE ASK THE PATICULARS OF MINE HOW THE MANAGER OFFER TO HER WITHOUT SAYING TO ME.I NEED A REPLY PLS.

HI IM HAVING SAVING ACCOUNT IN VIKAS PURI BRANCH AND BRANCH MANAGER OVER THERE MR. PS PANDA IS VERY RUDE IN HIS BEHAVIOUR AND WILL NOT GUIDE PROPERLY AS IM ASKING HIM TO ATTEST MY SIGNATURE FOR MUTUAL FUND REDEMTION AND IM VERY UPSET WITH HIS ATTITUDE AND I WANT FILE A COPLAINT AGAINST HIM AT TOP SO PLEASE TEL WHERE TO FILE

I am having saving account with the canarabank khadakwasla branch pune sinhagad road, pune-24.The behavior of concerned persons are very rude and non-cooperative.In general also the bank staff of this branch behave in a very offending and humiliating manner.SMALL ROUTINE THINGS LIKE ENTRY/UPDATES OF PASSBOOKS, CASH WITHDRAWLS, CHEQUE CLEARANCE, DRAFT PREPARATIONS ARE TAKING FULL DAY.IT IS HELL OF THE BUSSINESS FOR VISITING THE BRANCH.THERE IS NO TIME LIMITS FOR ANY OF THE WORK. I AM HAVING HOUSING LOAN ALSO FROM THE BRANCH.THEY HAVE INCREASED THE LENNDING RATES FROM 7.5% TO 11.25% without information to me. MY WRITTEN COMPLAINTS TO THE BANK WAS DONE BUT 4 MONTS HAVE PASSED AND BANK IS FORCEBLY CUTTING HIGH EMI. NOT ONLY THIS ALL THE STAFF OF ABOUT 1100 OF MY OFFICE HAVE SALARY ACCOUNTS AND ALL ARE FACING THE SAME ROUTINE PROBLEMS.AFTER TRANSFER OF MR. BANDAYA, OFFICER THIS BRANCH HAS COLLEPSED. KINDLY SHUT DOWN THIS BRANCH AND ATM AT KHADAKWASLA, PUNE-24.
