[Resolved]  Canara Bank — ATM falls transactions

I am G. Muthukrishnan. My A/C no.29047, Canara bank, Tallakulam Branch, Madurai . Today morning[protected] p.m. my salary drop the atm center at SouthGate, Madurai. Insert the card and enter the my pin number. then the process in going on. suddenly the electricity is off. but my atm card is return within few minutes. my money is not return. i am shocked about this. i am wait half an hour. there is no current. so i leave the atm center within my atm card. then i go to another atm center in Indian overseas bank. but my balance is show in only 4000. because my salary is 8000. sir please help me.

plz care about my problem.I also submited hand written complane in bank.
