[Resolved]  Canara Bank Cancard — Unable to use credit card

I have a credit card no. xxxxxxxxxxxx4006 issued by Canarabank in November 2008. My value limit is Rs 50000.00 but so far I am unable to use it when I need it. Except few occassion every time it get rejected. I contacted the issuing branch of Canara Bank at Noamundi (Jharkhand), and Bangalore main branch to find the reason.. Even after registering my complaint for last eight months, no solution has come up

Dear sir

In fact i have made an amount of Rs.11, 283.78.to your Chennai T.C.Street Branch by way of cheque and the same has been dibited in my account on 09 10 09 but to my suprise on receipt of the bill generated on 21-10-09 i find that the said amount not given credit on enquiry i am informed that the Card department not received the proceeds then i brought to the notice of the branch and informed me that the proceeds already send the same of debit by branch advice (unable to understand canara bank is functioning fully or only partialy) even though 2nd month bill 21-11-09 also generated but the disputed amount yet to give credit though penal interst/service tax is colleting very perfectly with out mind and issue is sailing on the same boat in which the issue brought to the notice of the CANCARD H O as well as the BRANCH
This is one of the genune complaint of a card holder going on dragging with out giving full and final settlement of the issue which was not at all directly related the card holder This is for your kind infirmation

I am operating SB a/c in Canara Bank Arupukottai. Virudhunagar dist Tamilnadu.A/c No 17318 for the past 10 years.Unfortunately I saw the unauthorized deductions in my a/c.

18.1.10 Rs. 962.95 (ATM[protected] I request you to please let me know how it will be happened without transacting that amount be me.This matter has already sent to HO cancard cell Bangalore on 28.1.10. But till date I have not received any information. Hence kindly go through into this and credit that amountt to my account with proper intimation.

I HAVE BEEN OPERATING CREDIT CARD NUMBER XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXOOO5 WITH ME FOR SMALL TRANSACTIONS, IT WENT ON SMOOTH SO FAR, NOW WHEN IT IS FOR MORE TRANSACTIONS FO 3D SECURE PROCESS, WHICH MAY BE GOOD OR BAD I AM NOT AWARE. I HAVE NOT BEEN GIVEN KNOWHOW OF HOW TO IMPLEMENT IT WHICH IS CAUSING BOTTLE NECK IN THE PROCESS OF MY E- BUSINESS/TRANSACTIONS. my cancard valid till jan 2014. First I used the card at Chennai for purchase of readymade garments during Feb 2012. After that I have not used. But today when I tried to use my card for purchase of garments but it was giving message " RESTRICTED". LET ME KNOW THE REASON FOR THE SAME OR ELSE I WILL SURRENDER THE CARD. [protected] S SELVARAJ
