[Resolved]  Canara Bank Nre Account — Monthly statements

Sir, I have an NRE account with Canarabank Aruppukottai Branch, .I send my deposit through bank transfer, and I never get a reply from the branch, that makes me uncomfortable.( a/c no: NRE-17050-Qatar)

These complaints are just routine practice for Canara bank. I have difficulties in dealing with CANARA BANK SIWAN. They never issue bank statements, customers stand like beggars in front of them. Bank clerks talk rudely to customers. Also their phone numbers are rusty, contacts, emails, interaction... ALL SUB-STANDARD.

I hate going to that bank and I have started moving funds to other bankers. Despite plenty of requests, I never get my account statements.

Look at their objective SERVING TO GROW...GROWING TO SERVE...wow... fairy tale !!

I would like to bring your kind attention toward my NRE A/C 18759 for the sending of Balance statement.
Once i have already posted complaint through Consumer forum i received call but no clear voice and disconnected within 20 sec. again i recieved call just informed me your balance is zero, i told check again i have remmited money from jan, 09 more than two and half lakhs, after that i cant recived any call and i am very much worried about my balance statement.

Please arrange to make available my current balance by post or on phone or email.

I close my any tranjuction with your bank till recieving or confirmation of my a/c statement.
