This is regarding to get my check book and 1 year statement.
So many time i send mails to your branch but dint get any reply from
your branch. i feel so bad of your service. even i dint get a single
response. i am really wondering is this your service? This is too bad

I would like to suggest you plz arrange internet banking in siwan branch, then all your costmer can check his balance any time. All costomer are worried regarding his balance, other wise send monthly report to his mentioned addresses.
