i have travelled in KSRTC airavat from Mangalore to Bangalore on[protected] by booking e-ticket under PNR number[protected] under Pancard No.amplb6658e with total amount of Rs.1026/-. However the conductor has not allowed to travel with the reason not having the identity proof of pancard and forced us to purchase fresh tickets for Rs.490/-each with total amount of Rs.980/- inspiteof our request and producing the ATM card and put us in lot of tension. Further he has advised to get the refund of e-ticket at Bangalore. After reaching the destination he simply informed phone no. [protected]/5077 to contact and lef the place. As a strained passengers, we have no alternative to contact over phone but in vain. I am furnishing all the details.
