I purchased a Desktop(HCl) in installment of 12 months on June'11 from CAPITAL ELECTRONICS Kolkata, GARIAHAT Branch.When it was delivered to my home,I was in my office.I told the person to stay there near about 8P.M.,until I went to home within 10 minutes.So my cousin received it instead of me.After 3-4 months I got some problem with starting the m/c,it was shutting down automatically again and again,I thought it was a problem of the motherboard.So I called Niladri (a staff of Gariahat branch from whom I purchased).He told me to call customer care as it was within a year of purchase,I could get a free care of it.When I called there,they asked me for my guarantee card which the branch didn't give me ever.When I informed Niladri of this,he came down to argument with me.I was brutally misbehaved by him.I was totally upset.I had no idea what to do.Some how I managed to fix it temporarily,but the problem is still there in my machine.Now I am thinking to format it.But I have got another problem.I found that I was not given any type of motherboard CD.So it is not possible for me to format it without that CD.I called Niladri again.He told me that he would inform it to their engineer, to provide me such information.But I haven't got yet any call from anyone.
