I can see posts here since 2012 from many people who got similar frustrated feedback for Captain GAS agency Pratap Vihar Ghaziabad but still I don't see any improvement in service provided by CAPTAIN GAS agency and don't think so consumer department had taken any action on the gas service . Is that mean posting complaints with consumer department is wasting of the time and we will not get any help .
I got transferred my GAS connection from Noida to Captain GAS service, Pratap Vihar Ghaziabad and they charged 50 rs for transfer which I had never seen when priviously transferred my connection from Gurgaon to Noida and Noida people also did not take anyything for transferreing the connectkion to Ghaziabad, They also asked me to provide 20 rs stamp paper when I had my own house in Ghaziabad and I was also not applying for new connection, getting 20 rs stamp paper in Ghaziabad notery person took 100rs making the same .
This was just starting of the bad experience with Agency and after transfering the GAS connection I booked by GAS cylinder by online number provided by GAS agency - [protected] and [protected] and order number was 246913 .
After wating for the GAS cylinder for two days I tried reaching on the same number [protected] for next 2-3 days and it was switched off.
After waiting for the week I tried reaching on another number[protected] which i got from internet and fortunately GAS agency executive picked the phone and checked the delivery for my consumer no 97811 and told me they are not getting the GAS from company so wait for another 2-3 days and you need to raise another request beacuse priviously raised request will be cancled by tomorrow . This was ridiculous and I was not able to do anything because there is no one to listen your voice .
I tried calling Indian GAS agency toll free help line number [protected] and they took complaint number 991818 and asked me to wait for 4 days .
Can I expect any help from your side which I don't think so but if get I will appriciate .

This is to inform you that M/S Captain gas agency Pratap Vihar Ghaziabad (U.P.)Take booking after 21 days of delivery and takes further min.20 days in next delivery. thus a consumer gets a cylinder in 40-45 days. The wt. of the gas supplied always be less than actual.
Consumers are feeling harresed.
Pl enquire and take necessary action.
