[Resolved]  Car Parking — No Parking for my Vehcile

Dear Sir/Madam,

While booking the flat I had not opted for covered car park, as the builder told me that open car park would be available. Now since I own a car, I have requested the society for a car park place in writing. But they are still unable to provide me one, saying that all parking space is full. I have brought it to the notice of committe that one member is using the car park to park his rent- a- car vehciles (in all 4 parking space). I believe he has purchased these car park from the builder. I just want to know is this legal or is there any way out.
