[Resolved]  Cardboard factory — Causes vibration cause heavy machines

Sir the factory and our house has a common wall all along . we are living here from past 50-60 years and factory is 3 to 5 years old. Its machine starts up at 9 in the morning till 9;30 PM creating high vibration some times it feels like its an earthquake . Sometimes it feels so scary when our windows and utensils in the house shakes and makes noise because of the effect of vibrations. No one can take a mid day sleep coz its not possible due to vibrating floor . I am student and my father is a business man . we have approached the owner of the factory 2-3 times always his answer is "plz go for complaint i cant do anything i have permission from this or that officer" . His factory has been sealed 2years ago after that also he is continuing it with no fear from back door and once he has left the place due to some ones complaint but just for 4-5 months . Even now while typing this complaint my laptop is shaking and at many places cracks are formed in the walls .Everyday right at 9:30pm when the machines are closed its a great relef for us all . My grandmother she is now 75year old and having problems because of incomplete sleeps. I am feeling very helpless that i am not able to do anything for my family my younger sister says KI BHAI DAR LAGRA H BADI JORSE ZAMIN HILRE H .
In the light of above circumstances, it is my humble request to you to save me and my family members’ lives and property from this hazardous factory unit and passed or take the immediate action to SEAL THE FACTORY UNIT on the said premises
