Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing on behalf of hundreds of innocent customers in India and abroad who are being constantly fooled by the so called ,"Cbazaar", an online shopping store. I had ordered ready to ship material from them and never received my order. There are customers who have been waiting more than 8 weeks to get what they ordered. It is highly depressing that they take all the money but never ever ship the order and when we ask them to refund the money they either don't answer or give fake promises to deliver soon. I have been calling them every single day and they lie to me that they would ship my things tomorrow, they say this everyday. I have lost a large amount of money. We all doubt that it is perhaps a fraud set up cheating people globally. They should be dragged to the court or strict legal action should be taken against them. There are people out there crying for they have lost their money and never got what they wanted. The owner of this company is one Mr. Rajesh Nahar who never answers phone calls or hangs it. The employees are not allowed to disclose any information, they are absolutely shady and not transparent about their operations.
I request you to kindly take action against Cbazaar and bring justice to the customers!
