I want to make correction in my birthdate printed on the class X mark-sheet. Please help me as what to do for re-issuing of new mark-sheet with corrected Date of Birth.

I have lost my 10th mark sheet which i passed in 2002 from Millia Convent English School Purnea Bihar with its educational region falling under Allahabad. My Roll-no is 5128893-please tell me the procedure to retrieve my lost certificate.

I lost my original copy of class X marks card. Passed out in 2000. Please guide me how can i proceed to get another one.

I have written lot of mails and verbal request at school for correction to Xth CBSE Marks card of my son. He is going to Amrita Vidyalayam Mangalore and presently doing his XII Std. School has sent details to CBSE it seems, we have also given the Originals of Birth Certificates, Attested copies of NOTARY Public to school. Till today nothing is done or reported by School. They say CBSE have not responded to them. Is this true ? Is there any other methods to carry out such corrections ? We need this urgently, and it is more than one year by now.
