[Resolved]  CBT Infotech Pvt Ltd — Job not completed for Croda

We took up this assignment since we had worked in past with M/s Croda Limited and our experience was excellent, so when we got this opportunity to develop an application in .Net we accepted this opportunity

Unfortunately this time we landed with Mr. Bharat Jain, whose approach has been totally unprofessional. He has been abusing not only our organization but also our staff including female members in the form of mails and telephones. He has behaved very badly and unethically with the Developers, Project Leaders whenever they use to visit for deployment or discussions.

We have almost completed the work and also deployed for UAT due to this nature of this person we are unable to proceed with any kind of professional work.

We at CBT are committed to complete this task satisfactorily as per the expectation of the users, provided our contact Person Mr. Bharat Jain is replaced with some other professional IT person. As per our understanding he has been abusing other vendors as well.

About paid leave of employee

The company not solve this paid leave issue, we are all person leave the company all most 12 months.why...

I am rohit kumar working in cbt info tech pvt ltd July 2007 to march 2009 on the post of Network Engineer in Pathankot ( Punjab) . I am leave the company in March 2009 .and today is one year completed to leave the company but i am not received my paid leave money . i am sending so many mails to Cbt Info tech Team . I have received the answer that the money is provided you on completion of finical year .so i am sending the mail to 30& 31 march of 2010 but i have not received a any revert . Finlay i have not received my Paid leave money at this time .

According to mail of CBT HR Manager, He said to us After ending 31 March you will resolved this issue..

But we never got conformation about Paid Leave
what we are demanding to CBT INFOTECH Co. Pvt. Ltd. Exactly who Our are entitled

we leave to CBT INFOTECH Co. Pvt. Ltd has completed one year We know that a lot of trouble getting you want to end this issue or not

We just feel that the CBT INFOTECH Co. Pvt. Ltd is unable to give our Paid leave Payment,
The company has trapped us on this issue

Also thet never send reply from company Mail-ID, they send mail to us from personal Mail-ID

yes very true, CBT is not reliable company.

CBT Infotech is fraud company i would like to request you to all do not join this company because i am not getting my salary after 5 months still they are not responding.
