[Resolved]  CCAvenues — non refund of money

Dear sirs,
i used www.freecharge.in to recharge my vodafone prepaid mobile online for rs.75/- money was deducted from my account but my mobile was not recharged. ccavenues now says that they have not received money from me (although they were saying earlier that they will refund to me very soon) and i have confirmed personally from bank and also sent them screenshot from my bank account statement which says that money was credited in their account. they are also not replying to me and just delaying the matter.
so please help me and suggest me what to do.
